Here's a quick tutorial on how I installed these "smedium" twists on my hair that lasted a full 2 weeks through working out and everything else. I will be uploading another video showing how I refreshed them and the takedown process used to avoid tangling.

I’m here for ALLLLLL the videos. I’d love to workout but right now I have a wrist injury so it’s limiting what I can do. BUT the twist out may be the best thing for me if it’s last longer than these wash n go’s I’ve been doing for the last four plus weeks. I’m willing to try it but I also think I’m going to look like a little kid once they’re done. Lol.

I literally just did that to my hair last week. I retwisted it after a week because my hair is so soft.

Try adding a gel on top for hold. I use WetLine on top for hold. I’ve been doing mini twists since March. They last 2-4 weeks.
