These folks do not have tents so every day they are looking for shelter. I am seeing more immigrant's now getting into the shelters with kids so no more room inside for the veterans and homeless.

I don’t think the mayor pays attention only she goes on TV and talks about the great job she does. Affirmative Action leadership incompetence
They have several manned toilets but the others are too nasty to use, skid Row was not designed for children but now I’m seeing migrants and kids coming here and it’s wrong but advocates and lawyers are showing them how to use the system.
