How To Make A Propagation Station

- This little project was a perfect opportunity to use my woodworking skills to build a propagation station for my wife. She has developed a huge love of plants and has been asking for one of these plant cutting stations. I grabbed some walnut in my shop and built this in two nights. Maybe a couple of hours total.

DIPPING THE MINERAL OIL IS GENIUS! IVE BEEN RUBBING IT ON ALL MY WORK FOR A YEAR LIKE A PEASANT 😅
Yep, I make tons of cutting and charcuterie boards so this method definitely saves time! Just a big bin of some sort and a few gallons of mineral oil is all you need! Thanks for watching!
@@LTDWoodworks i make climbers for kids so the pieces are sometimes 4 ft long / 3 ft high but for the smaller units like the dowels this is genius!
Very simplistic yet elegant and beautiful design! Well done, I'm sure your wife will love it!

Very nice. I particularly like the triangular base you made. It gives it a classy look.
Thank you! Ya, I just wanted to make sure it had a little more stability 👍
Looks a lot better than mine 😂
Thank you. All that matters is that the wife likes it which she does 😊
@@LTDWoodworks Is she the one that sells them?
No, she doesn’t sell them. She just loves her plants and likes different ways of displaying them. I feel like our house is turning into a jungle!😉
@@LTDWoodworks Lots of Oxygen I guess :)
Truth! I have no worries of lack of oxygen in our house!😆
Hi! This is great! Just wondering what your measurement is for the holes you drilled for the glass test tubes!
I think for this one we used one inch test tubes so I drilled one inch holes. Thank you and thanks for watching!👍
Thank you so much! Truly impressive work.
@@NatePfeil Thank you!
