I ran my first parkrun this Saturday, got a time of 21:10 with splits of 4:17 - 4:14 - 4:14 - 4:12 - 4:09 Was really surprised how I managed to execute such almost perfect negative splits.
Great running Mack, and well done on your pb! Only ran at Worcester once but equalled my 5k pb so it’s definitely the place to be. Not sure the malvern training legs will be too forgiving on the speed 🤣
Strong finish! I myself was aiming for a sub-21:30 today, but went out too hard and slogged it to the finish line a minute slower than planned. Good pacing is key and looks like you nailed it!
Lovely video there and cracking run yet again, getting the time down nicely now, you'll have to show Andy up in a few months and beat him to sub 20 🫢😂😂
Amazing effort mate. My fastest time is 33 mins for a 5K. Just trying to get sub 30 would be an achievement. 21.24 is nuts!

It's one of those where I'm trying to do it all -.- Hopefully I'll see some small gains in all areas!
