Awesome work. Sounds Great. Now you just need to make a 3" Dome midrange, and a Passive Radiator... and you will have a speaker that competes with some of the best speakers out there.
The only criticism I have, is the use of bolts for the Spacing. I think it would have been better to cut actual spacers from some metal pipe, so that you didnt have any potential for spacing errors... nor any potential issues with nuts coming loose from long term vibrations.
Id love to see your take on a copy of the Phillips Woox passive radiators. If you google them, you will see that each Woox unit, use TWO Accordion like flat-cones... spaced apart about 1 inch. The spacer has air vent holes between them.
I used to own the Woox speakers.. but mine died due to Foam Rot. However, I believe Phillips made some Woox passives out of Flexible Plastic... that would have theoretically lasted forever. I found it interesting that they used two cones, instead of a single cone... like most passive radiators. But I do love the dual expansion ring design... which allows them far more extension than a typical passive radiator.
According to the speaker Driver designer + Mfg. in Taiwan... they made the woofers specifically for the Phillips Woox speakers. One of their features, is a greater Travel / Extension... to help prevent distortions, and to provide deeper / lower bass potentials.
Id often thought about trying to replicate the woox myself, using a few speaker repair kits of different sizes... and gluing them together. Of course, I wanted to make a larger sized version... maybe 12 inches in diameter... for use with 8" woofers.

@@johndough8115 hello, first I'd like to say thank you for your great comment, for bolts it will never falls because it's well hold by loctitr 675.
For me it's my first experience for building a midwoofer, and the big surprise was that this driver sounds really very good with enough bass response 😋
      You welcome 🙏🙏🙏
