How to practice high backhand and forhand without coach and court....
    Plz help me.....
What should we do to get ranking in atp means which tournament should I play to get ranking in ATP or WTA??

Shadow stroke all 3 options... You can only play in one or the other ATP(men) WTA(women). You would need thousands of hours of playing to reach that level... and you would have to start at the bottom.
      All the best,
      Tom

Some players cant tell a deep ball from a short ball and their anticipation is bad it makes them late getting to the ball. They are waiting to long for the ball to bounce on their side instead of charting the path of the ball to say oh thats gonna bounce in front of the service line ... move in... or thats gonna bounce behind the service line or at the base line let me step back... This is a big deal with 3.0 or less players and some 3.5

Players have to start trusting their gut instincts... scientists tell us the eye and brain have an amazing ability to figure out trajectory, spin, direction and depth of an opponents shot when the ball is 2-3 feet off your opponents racquet... SO GO WITH YOUR GUT FEELING YOU"RE PROBABLY RIGHT!
      To your tennis success,
      Tom

I gotta disagree on one comment. After I hit the ball I immediately watch my opponent. Watching my ball does not give me much, if any info. I have started doing this and it is a big help in anticipating what my opponent is going to do.
