How exciting! Yes, you very well may get twins, or even triplets!!! The first year is really hard. But it does get a little easier and then hard again, lol! Our boys are almost 3 1/2 now. 🥰

The only thing I’m worried about is the dock a tot, so many mixed reviews , safety concerns , and apparently not sold in CA because they are not safe and don’t pass baby safe qualifications? Idk, so much info out there. Definitely getting the self feeding and you convinced me to the get twin z pillow over the my breast friend twin nursing pillow !!
Hi AYA, I’m so glad my recommendations were helpful. I haven’t heard anything negative about the dock a tot. My twins are almost 2 now, so they no longer use it. A mother always knows what’s best for her babies. If you are unsure I would go with your gut. In my personal experience, it was completely safe for my twins. Even when they started to roll on their side. The material is very breathable. I’m sure there is an equivalent item on the market now to the dock a tot. Let me know what you find and if you like it.

Didn't know about the owlet sock monitor. I'm not a FTM but first time having twins. This could really help me. I know it's 'back to sleep' but I've been really stressed out about how I'm going to get 2 babies to leave. I've had 3 kids and basically only slept by cosleeping. I physically can't cosleep with twins so what can I do? If the twins are just as bad at sleeping as my older 3 were, I think I'm going to use these monitors and let them sleep on their bellies. I was too scared to do that with my other 3 but I couldn't get them to sleep on their own until around 9-12 months. I was just starting to feel hopeless but I'm feeling a little more hopeful if there's a way to monitor them like this.
Wow, you’re going to be a busy mama! Congratulations! When we would cosleep with the twins, we would put them in the dock a tot. But we had them in a twin bassinet next to my side of the bed most of the time before they out grew it. Don’t feel bad, my twins are almost 3 years old and still prefer to cosleep. But you’ll find a way. I never put the twins on their belly to sleep until they were old enough to lift themselves. But yes, the owlet sock gives some piece of mind. Good luck!
