What is the benefit of a full frame tank over a half frame tank?
It depends on the concrete installation situation. In this case it is not drywall construction, therefore the installation frame has been chosen.
If you tight the nuts at 1:48 then how is it possible to adjust the length according to what is required for the wc? Also square smyle wc needs 12.5cm and with 5 cm depth you have only 2.5 left
Of course you have to know and adjust the length before plastering. It is difficult to change the length of the screw rods afterwards. In exceptional cases, the threaded rods may not be sufficiently long, for example if the plaster is very thick.

What is the purpose of the side tube on the left (that splits into two at the bottom) @1:16 ?
it is a media pipe, so that a shower toilet can be connected subsequently without any problems.

If you are talking about the yellow hollow tube at minute 1.40, then that is meant for the passage of a power cable. if you mean the yellow parts at minute 1.54 then it's a protection whilst tiling.
Which purpose for side white small pipe
Can this be installed on 10 cm blocks? ( cement blocks)

@@GeberitGroup while you were writing this comment i've spoken to grohe and got the info i needed in addition to them connecting me with their regional office and spoke to one of their advisors on the phone who guided me throughout my concerns. So step your game up man instead of coming up with excuses.

What’s that yellow hose for?
The bright yellow hoses are for protecting the threaded rod. The dark yellow hose ist for electricity e.g. if you want to connect a shower toilet.
