Which material do you mean? The cistern is a Geberit Sigma 12 tank with PEX fresh water connection. Article Nr. in the Scandinavian catalogues: 111.342.00.2, 111.349.00.5.
Are there jam nuts on the back side of the threaded rod that holds up the toilet? We just installed 2 of these and they keep coming loose from the wall.
Please note: This is a product for Scandinavian countries only. Can you please specify which product you have installed? Normally the rods are firmly fixed in the Duofix frame so if you put on the toilet and fix it firmly, they should not come loose. Please contact the local Geberit team in case there are any further issues.
The minimum pre-wall depth including tileable surface is between 17 and 20.5 centimeters, depending on the cistern (Sigma/ Omega) and the Duofix model (system wall/single element). You can find all the technical details for Duofix Sigma’ on the Geberit.co.uk website too. bit.ly/3oCr87C

The difference in the Duofix installation is due of the local requirement related to 1) local water leakage regulations; 2) due of piping method used in the local markets. For this reason Geberit slightly adapted the standard Duofix WC installation element and added needed PEX connection to ensure for local plumbers the possibility to use standard piping system (so called pipe in pipe). this is visible in the video at 4:12. Best regards
@@GeberitGroup Thank you for your answer! Here in The Netherlands we have the connection at the back with 1/2 outside thread. I like the idea to have the connection inside the element, good thinking!

I am considering this system solely based on the outstanding installation video. A company that invests this level of effort on their install video is certainly worthy of my consideration.

After installing the wall mounted toilet, the level was high, how to re adjust the level without breaking lots in the ceramic? Any suggestions?
If the wall has been tiled already it might be difficult. The ceramic itself can be unscrewed.
May I know the name of the materials used?

The toilet flush buttons keep getting stuck.
They hit the flexible pipe behind them.
How do you fix this problem.
Is it since you start using it? Please check the length of the rods.

When is the hidroinsulation done?
The cistern is already insulated.
No screws on the floor ?
Optional if you have wall screws in the bottom part.

How deep is the wall at the end after tiling? 160mm?
Depens om the building materials that you are using. Im jusing 18mm wood for the front cover plate. Then i will be around 180-190mm with tiles.

Why is the scandanavian duofix differten? Is it because of the drywall that are used there very often?
