Great job sisi Yemi! Your recipe is easy to follow, I tried it. But when it was time to prepare the cocoyam I had no idea, I was busy taking the peels off. Thank God my mom was there to save me😂, I boiled them at her advice and the peels came off so easy afterwards. But my hands scratch me no be small😂. Very happy to have successfully cooked a yummy oha soup💃

    • @thedietdiary

treasure afolabi Ogiri is a traditional seasoning made from fermented melon seeds. Used for seasoning soups even b4 the advent of seasoning cubes. It's smells like ughhhh🤤🤤 but tastes good. It's more popular in Anambra/Enugu areas and Yoruba land have theirs too.
