Ingredients:
for the dough:
300g pastry flour
3 tbsp flax seeds
100g your choice of milk(I used soy milk)
100g cane sugar
45g coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
for the chocolate coating:
100g cacao butter
80g cacao powder
30g sweetener(I used maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
You could use store-bought chocolate if you like.
Instructions:
1. melt coconut oil if it's solid.
2. mix all the ingredients of the dough and divide it into 6 equal pieces.
3. make the dough into circle shape and make a round cut on the surface using a knife.
4. deep fry for 2 minutes each side.
5. Dip the doughtnut into melted chocolate and wait until the cocolate chill.

「作り方」
１、ココナッツオイルが固まっている場合は溶かしておきます。
２、ドーナツ生地の全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、６等分する。
３、ドーナツ生地を円形に成形し、生地の中央にクープを入れる。
４、低温の油で片面２〜３分ずつ揚げる。
５、チョコレートの材料を全て混ぜて弱火で溶かし、ドーナツをつけてチョコレートでコーティングする。

Awesome video! I am most definitely going to try it. In the recipe I am going to replace cane sugar with raw coconut sugar. Maybe you can't get it in Japan. I could send you some so you can experiment with it. Every sweets made with coconut sugar is absolutely out of this world so delicious, totally different than with cane sugar. Your videos are truly amazing. Thank you for your great work.

what is asmr, please ?? Never heard about it before.
You can find a lot of "ASMR" videos on RUclips. It means Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. An exampple of ASMR is tingles felt when somebody is scratching your back lightly or during a haircut or for example listening to the low sounds in a library (page turning, quiet whispering etc).

Usagi the Bunny the aqua faba from canned beans can replace egg whites in merengue, so that might be possible to do vegan style.
