I always watch youtube in bed. I like to watch travel videos or comedy tv shows. I get sleepy so quickly and fall asleep. It is relaxing and puts my mind at ease.

I have a related question.feel very tired on the lounge couch at 8.30 but it seems far too early to go to bed.i will probably sleep my usual 4 or 4.5 hours and then goodness gracious it will only be 12.30 pm!My normal sleep ( when i am doing well ) is 10 -2 i lie around in bed till 4am but seldom manage to fall back to sleep.
Have suffered from insomnia for decades.Am new to the Coaching school videos and am presently watching a lot of them in a quest for answers.
Thank you for being so generous with what you are putting out.

These days I don’t think too much about sleep and I feel more calm than before. However, I wake up a lot if I sleep my bedtime 10 pm. Sometimes I wake up at 2 am or 4 am and can’t fall back for 2 hours. Before I wake up, I wake up in the middle like every one hour or so. Why this is happening? Will it happen forever like this?

It probably will not. I usually wake up too. I know my body just wants to pee so I pee and get back to bed without checking phone or worrying. Do not worry about waking up at night. It is normal.

You may have already answered this but I keep waking up earlier and earlier. It is stressing me out. Should I just get up? Or lay there and try to go back to sleep?
