Highlights from the Journey New Jalpaiguri to Howrah by 12042 Shatabdi Express led by SGUJ EMD WDP4 #20011. The train departed from NJP bang on time (5:30 AM), KNE reached 5 mins before time, BOE 2 mins before time, MLDT 5 mins before time, NFK on time, BHP on time & finally reached HWH delayed by just 5 mins. The journey includes several crossings & overtakes & so on.
Enjoy the 130 kmph run on Barddhaman Howrah Chord section. The food served in this train is quite good. I really enjoyed the whole journey from NJP to HWH. I hope you guys will also enjoy the journey compilation video.

Padatik Express: 5 stoppages (Kishanganj, Malda Town, Rampurhat, Bolpur, Barddhaman)
and a premium train like Shatabdi Express also has 5 stoppages (Kishanganj, Barsoi, Malda Town, New Farakka, Bolpur)
Stopping at stations like New Farakka! Very few Raiganj based passengers travel by this train, yet it stops at Barsoi!
