I think Uncle Roger will have a fun time reviewing @CHEFPK. The food he has done looks delicious.. I will say he does Anime & Game foods. He started his channel with reactions to Shokugeki No Soma then later recreations. I think Uncle Roger will have fun reviewing.

認真的說，其實M S G存在於自然界，如蕃茄海帶等蔬菜，最早被一位日本博士發現並用人工方式複製，是造成第五味＂鮮味＂(umami)的元素。直到後來7080年代被西方妖魔化。如果你煮一鍋＂鮮味＂十足的料理，多煮幾次變得很濃的時候也會有M S G過多的不舒服口感。
