Funny thing is stormzy told wiley he had 24hrs to reply, and when chip said the same to stormzy , stormzy don’t reply 🤦♂️
Hope you guys go on a chip marathon and cover a few of his early grime beats and some of his album stuff, chip is mr versatile and can spit on many genres. One of the UK’s best.

You should have done some research guys! it started with a song called waze that featured Chip his verse was taking shots at another rapper, which a lot of people believe was at a rapper called Mez who Chip had a problem with at that time, Mez had also just released a song called King of Grime.
But Stormzy thought Chip was directing it at him and done a verse on Tion Wayne's song I dunno indirectly at Chip, there was then an altercation at Chip's house with Chip's family as Stormzy rocked up with 3 other men, Stormzy and his crew managed to get in and the police was called, the police then escorted Stormzy and crew out of the building. Then Chip dropped Flowers & Killer MC. Stormzy then did a few more indirects at chip on a couple more features.
Chip came back with another diss for Stormzy -10 Commandments and then a diss called Clash.

This all started with a misunderstanding, stormzy thought chip sneak dissed him on a track, the bars was for some one else, I don't recall who it was, but it was not for Stormzy. Then Stromzy those to go to chips house, and all the tracks you do now is the rest of the story.
Other then that, Chip once said he would off guys for Wiley, Stormzy had the VS Wiley, so this might just have pushed it over the edge for chip.
Stormzy is in this video, so is a lot of OG`s, stormzy is a kid in this.

I believe the only person Chip never replied to was Lowkey which was a diss from 14 years ago in 2010 when Chip was still a teenager. Chip has since grown into one of the best.

@5:16 Uk slang is majority of jamaican patois and in london the jamaican influence is extremely heavy because of the jamaicans coming over from the windrush era. Similar to New York and Toronto. Hope this helps
Alot of uk artist are first/2nd generation Caribbean or from African countries. So chip, Ghetts, wretch, Kano are all jamaican for example, so explains how flows are so versatile like jamaican artist like vybz kartel and movado etc
We have tons of Jamaican influence in the UK and some of our slang derives from Jamaican slang as a result but chip's family are Jamaican so yeh makes sense

This is why this whole 'beef' is not really that exciting to rate/react to as Chip came with so many tracks that weren't directly addressed.
Chip is great at clashes but Stormzy is the better artist.

Love you have started the Stormzy beef...... You need to check out the old beef between Chip and Low-key .... In my opinion Low-key is the only artist that beat Chip in a beef. But think Chip used it as a lesson as he was so young then and he learnt a lot.

It started with 'waze' from chip. I think stormzy thought chip was coming 4 him. Then stormzy did 'i dunno'. Stormzy showed up at chips house unannounced with some friends. Chip wasnt there, but it was all caught on camera. Chip came with 'flowers' ' killer mc' and ' 10 commandments. Somewhere in the mix stormzy had a song with ghetts. Then stormzy did 'clash' with dave. Chip did 'clash?'. I cant remember if there is anymore.
Chip and stormzy r both great artists, and used to b friends. However i think chip has just battlerapped that many people, he has gained so much experience doing it. Check out 'here diss' by stormzy and Chip. This was before all the beef and it showcases their talents perfectly.
