Рыбу с судна - замораживают! Потом размораживают - это уже вкуса у рыбы качественного нет. Это обледенелый рыбий труп! А сколько ручного труда?!!! Это ужасно. Как то страшно не современно. Такое впечатление, что это не Корея, а Филиппины или Бангладеш. Я разочарован.

@@PROProcesss They grind it pulverized it like powder and mixed it for animal feeds or turned it to fertilizers. Nothing is wasted if the company has the machinery to add value to the fish heads, gils, skins, etc.
Makes for great pepper and tomato fertilizer.
