Dutch flight school E-Flight Academy flies entirely electrically on the sun!

Teuge, June 24, 2024 - The Dutch flight school E-Flight Academy, located at Teuge Airport near Apeldoorn, has reached a new milestone in sustainable aviation. Since its establishment in 2021, the academy has been dedicated to training pilots using fully electric aircraft. Now, the flight school is taking it a step further: the entire fleet is powered entirely by solar energy.
