Thank you for bringing a lot of fond memories from my own trip to Nepal and Tibet in 2009. The bikes were old trusty Enfield Bullets and off-roading, and plenty of it was on landslides, roadworks and no-roads. But generally Bullets were coping mechanically better than your bikes however is seems that we were riding tad slower. Cheers from Australia.
Sounds like an awesome trip. I think that these particular bikes had been well used, and maybe not well maintained, but they still coped with whatever we threw at them! Glad you enjoyed it 👍🏻
@@OllieMoto Saying the Bullets coped better was probably a bit too positive statement. Such a great motobike adventure movie loved it. The entire team was awesome and most awesone thing was the bond between you and Nims. Hoping to see you back in Nepal.
Hey Ollie - I am going to be candid (and leaving a long comment). I am a biker myself and I don't watch a lot of these videos. I was actually searching for Himalayan bike related videos and ended up here. When you said your group took about 9 hours to do 211 Km on the first day - It felt like - this group is just a bunch of boys out there to take some pictures and go home. So I decided to skip this video. But in the next couple of frames I felt there is something special about it and now I just completed watching the full video - So, decided to leave a comment. THIS IS JUST AMAZING. It felt like I was riding as a part of your wonderful group and experiencing each and everything that you all did/have gone through (many other videos lack this connect with the viewer - precisely why I don't watch them). Man - You deserve more subscribers/viewers/likes. Keep doing this wonderful stuff. - Your new Subscriber. Cheers !
Ah man, thanks for the kind words! Ha, that 9 hours / 211km was purely because of the traffic - we didn’t want it to take that long! I always try to make the viewer experience the adventure like I did but, for this particular trip, I was super lucky to meet Nims who (as I say in the movie) gave me the true Nepali experience. He is an absolute legend. Everyone should have a Nims! 😂
@@OllieMoto Couldn't agree more . It was absolute fun watching Nims throughout the movie. He was amazing. I have had a similar experience when I went to Ladakh ride a couple of years ago. My bike broke down in the middle of the snow mountains of the Ladakh valley - A truck driver (Narong - but like to be called Raja Hindustani) helped me get to Leh town along with my bike and find an accommodation for that night. As you rightly said - what stands out almost in every ride is the people that you meet during the trip. It feels a lot of love and kindness is still left on this planet when you talk to them - wow. the best of Nostalgia :) - Btw, give a heads up, incase you plan for Leh, Ladakh anytime - Would love to come by and say hi to your group. Also, If possible, leave any social media handle of Nims here - so I could try and meet him when we go to Nepal next year - Cheers !

Great, great video!!! was lucky enough to go to Nepal 3 times and what a beautiful country with even more beautiful people. thank you for such a great video and documenting your amazing trip !
@@OllieMoto I actually live and work in Malaysia so I went there to interview workers in order to choose them and hire them for my factory. For that, I went to Kathmandu, Pochard and lahan which is 8kms away from the Indian border. the trips were mostly for work so it was a shame I didn't have more time to really visit the country. Took us like 9 hours to reach Lahan from Kathmandu due to the poor roads conditions but that was like 12 years ago....my last trip was 5 or 6 years ago and Kathmandu had changed a lot ! even danced salsa in a restaurant there, what a great memory
@@OllieMoto also, I had the best coffee and paying sandwich of my life there. a coffeeshop was roasting their own coffee beans 8nside the shop and the smell and taste were to die for !
Haha, that coffee story is awesome. Yeah it’s such a cool place - Nims told me how the roads seem to change every time he heads into Mustang. It’s making it more accessible as time goes on, which is both bad and good. Good to bring money to those regions and make things like medicine etc more easily available, bad as it might dilute the way of life (according to the locals I chatted to).
@@OllieMoto you are right, like any country who is developing, it brings good and bad things. Ollie, I'm watching this for the 3rd time since its release. It's hands-down the most professional piece of adventure motorcycling footage uploaded to RUclips. Bloody love it mate. Fair play.
Very kind words buddy. Thanks. I never make these videos to ‘chase the likes’, but it’s great when people enjoy them, this one especially as it took 7 months of my life to make! 😂 Hopefully I’ll get the opportunity to make similar in future 🤞🏻
@@OllieMoto More than welcome. I was re-listening to your first chat with Clive and Noel this morning which prompted me to watch it again...and sure it would be rude not to re-watch the Morocco trip with Seats. 😂 Now Morocco's on the list for 2025.
Haha, careful, you’ll get fed up of me soon! 😂 Enjoy the series, even I watched it again the other day! Morocco ‘25 sounds trés bon 👌🏻
You're not the ordinary riders guys... the real bike for the real terrain... Thanks for sharing... Complete with wrap up and Cranberries time!
I loved the moment when they were dancing with the Truck's horn 😂😄😄😄
Haha. It happened more than once! 🤣
@@OllieMoto haha U r 24hr online ...R u IT man😂
🤷🏼♂️😂
@@OllieMoto 😑😒😄
Fantastic video! Loved the fact that it wasn't something you'd find on a TV show, but rather something real. You included the banter, the local people and culture, and even the problems along the way, which made it far more immersive. I'm betting you made Nirmal's year with this trip and he is definitely someone I'd look up for a guide if I ever manage to make it over there as I hope to do. Headed to check out the rest of your videos now :)
Yes it was a great trip jason. 🙏
Ah man, such cool comments, thanks. Yeah for me travelling is all about all the other stuff that happens and the people you meet. The riding is just an added bonus! Definitely hit Nims up - the boy is a legend 🙌🏻
Very nicely filmed. I thought this would just take a few mins and ended up seeing the whole thing. Liked and subscribed. Very nicely filmed Ollie, you are amazing. Love from India
Thanks 😁👍🏻
Huge respect mr.ollie, you did great thanks for explore our country hope you will come again and explore more🙏🇳🇵
I will! 👊🏻
Nice group, amazing places, unforgetable expierences, thx for sharing.
Great vid man.. I can say with 100% surity that this is the best Himalaya mountains focused biking video I have ever seen because I didn't skip a second of it. Congrats on creating the best video of the genre..
Thanks man! 👏🏻
Nepal is heaven must see
Man I have to say this is such an amazing video. I just finished watching it on my tv and I almost feel like I've been on the trip myself. Amazing filming, perfect choice of music and very good editing. I hope one day I will do a trip like this. Greetings from an Italian friend 🤜
Buongiorno! Really glad you liked it. Grazie per aver guardato! 😁 🇮🇹
Such a great motobike adventure movie loved it. The entire team was awesome and most awesone thing was the bond between you and Nims.
Hoping to see you back in Nepal.
Can’t wait to come back.
no matter how tough there life may will be they always greet with smile ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Nepali people are always smiling.
That 1hr 15 mins video felt like 20 mins. The background music was epic and I felt connected to the whole groups. Thank u guys.
Ollie What a great video of memory and adventure in my motherland. Thanks for sharing and remember for Nepal "Once is not enough". For your and others, the next Nepali Adventure, there are also places like Jumla, Humla, Dolpa, and western territories that also deserve a visit. Great job everyone on your team!
There’s so much to see. I’m hoping to get back there soon!
Thank you for visiting Nepal.
Hoping that you will be back with more friends.

@@OllieMoto Thank you. Indeed i enjoyed a lot. You are welcome.
Mr. Ollie. ✊✊✊. We rarely see this kind of motovlogging/ documentary with amazing storyline/contents. Feel proud you and your team visited Nepal.

Awesome 👏🏻
@@OllieMoto bro next time please inform us before you came to Nepal..we want to hangout with you brother.... please.
Amazing video overall.🤘
Being away from home, I could really feel the fun you guys had. Could feel how you guys gradually got adapted, and made it like you owned it.
Some real close calls on the road. 39:10 - I was like whoa whoo whooaaa - Damn!! Hope Ronnie, Seats and Ben had a quick injury recovery (I was literally talking out loud to slow down in some visuals :P, but I guess that's the fun part of hitting offroad)
The video left some imprints - like you feel when you watch a fantastic movie. Enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks for the compliment regarding greeting with a smile. Nice of you to notice.
🙏🏼♥️
Thanks so much for the awesome review. We had an incredible time in Nepal. Can’t wait to go back! 🤟🏻🇳🇵
Great, great video!!! was lucky enough to go to Nepal 3 times and what a beautiful country with even more beautiful people. thank you for such a great video and documenting your amazing trip !
Awesome! What did you get up to when you were there?
I love the relax feel there, how nice the locals are, how vibrant the colours are and the various smells you get to experience there. Have you planned to go back there at some point? come and visit us in Kuala lumpur if you have time and WHENEVER we will be back to a more normal life ahahahaha
I didnt notice how quickly an hour went by without skipping a bit
love from nepal❤🇳🇵
Awesome video and great adventure. That is how you make memories.
nice u guys, explore the nepal himalayas adventure keep it up and explore the more place jay NEPAL🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😘😘😘😘😘

Maaaan... that was really good! Rarely watch such long videos but that was very nicely done and entertaining!
Amazing Video, thank you! After my Visit in India last year and Myanmar in 2019 i'm currently planning a Motocycle Trip trough India and Nepal - thanks 4 your Impressions. I really enjoyed the whole Film, didn't skip a second!
Sounds like you have an awesome trip ahead! 👏🏻

It's 11 pm rn in Nepal and I just finished watching this video and it's amazing. Had a smile on my face this entire video. Keep up the work!
That’s the reaction I hoped for. Thanks for watching! 👍🏻
That was so really great... Thanks for uploading the video it gives us the feel of these places and events I liked ur fun and team moments. Help the people in ur country as the people helped u guys in these places.
Beautiful adventure. Thanks for sharing it.
It's a shame that I haven't travelled in my own country this much. Anyways great video man. Watched it till the end and it was a lovely time watching it.
Ollie, thank you guys so much for bringing this piece of art of the adventure you guys had!
I end up here accidentally, I was looking for videos about the RE Himalayan that I'm looking to buy and, I found this amazing video.
Very professional editing, I felt I was watching something on Netflix or any of those adventure channels!! I enjoyed the songs, especially the local ones!
You should think of organizing expeditions like this and make money from it. I'd want to join it!
I'm glad all of the riders completed the whole journey in one piece haha.
Nepal people seem VERY welcoming, a big thanks for their friendly interaction in these videos.
Again, thank you so much for bringing this!
Please keep going with the quality of video and awesome adventures.
Greats from Brazil
Thanks so much for the awesome review! 😁 It’s great when you spend so much time making a video and people enjoy it. Nepal is definitely a country that you should visit, and I will 100% be going back. Need to see Nims again! Ha, watch this space about organised rides, it is something I would really like to do.
nice welcome napal vlogs super salut
really I have no words to describe this video its awesome I really enjoy watching this video. love you guys
Even I have not travelled all those places in video. Your work is really appreciative.
Had gone up till Kagbeni in December 2018
Unfortunately couldn't go further up to Lo Mangthang
Will definitely come back soon
Also what's admirable is the effort behind this video compilation, the amount of time it must have taken with literally each biker having a GoPro and so many footages to go through
Amazing !
Love from India
Thanks! Yeah I would like to go back and visit upper mustang too. The video took 7 months to make 😳
Thank you Oli. You did really good job. Nirmal Maharjan did truly amazing job as well. Love to you all from California. Jaya Nepal.

A lot of hours / weeks / days / months (7 months for this one!) staring at a computer screen 😂 It’s all worth it with nice comments like this though. Cheers Mark!
