I own scorpio n Z6 Diesel from last 1 year and I'm getting 16kmpl in city and 18+ in highway. A car of this size and getting 16 is I think a very good average. Please first drive and then review
4 no automatic Harrier in friends group. One was giving 10-12 km and other three is giving 15-17km per ltr. After service centre complaint and software upgrade, mileage has increased to 15-17km. Its for both highway and city. Its all depends on how service guy tune engine in software. I got 22km mileage also in eco mode , cruse mode for 370km constant running at 90-100 speed. So, dont conclude as car is giving fixed mileage . Eco mode mileage, normal foot can get 18-20km, city mode 15-17km, sport mode 10-12km mileage has tested.

I have a Harrier and on highway it gives anywhere between 16-22 kmpl and in city it gives around 10-12 kmpl . Mileage also depends on your way of driving . Also you have not said anything about XUV700 whose mileage is less than Harrier.
