None of this would be possible bro without your vision and determination to project this hobby to the mainstream! I applaud you my friend!! I was extremely surprised to see a few of my build posts made it into the video!
Redcat is definitely my favorite rc brand now. I build custom big wheel cars and lowriders from scratch. Always wondered why no big manufacturers are making anything close to this. But Redcat and Jevries came thru. Keep dropping custom stuff like this. Be the only one killing it.
I remember when jevries came out with the real deal 64 I was a little kid back then and it blew my mind how realistic this model looked and with that soundtrack in the video very iconic. Jevries is the man. This low rider has been one of the greatest inventions
I’m a car guy and rc car guy. I’ve always liked lowriders and lowered cars in general since I was a teen 30 plus years and when this came out I had to have one and when the Monte came out I had to have one of them. Thank you Jevries and Redcat for making it happen. Oh and Jevries I want a set of your wheels
Hello Cats! This is an impressive piece of engineering. The appearance and function of the original vehicle are excellently captured! Awesome! Greetings from Germany.
Yes sir! this video deserves more "air time" and views! Amazing work and story. Very cool process and was awesome to finally have a model like this on the market. I had some little tid bits of back story in my video about the 64 as well. All ver cool info regarding these amazing models. Huge thanks to the main man himself - Jevries.
wow ! big time respect for all that work put in the conception !! i built my RC for stunt and use some redcat parts. what a pity that part distribution is sooo bad...
I have built around 100 models, I've got a couple tall bookshelves with my best of the best models, I've bought die-cast models and took them apart repainted them with 100 of model kits which most come with at least two sets of rims classic cars came with two sets of hub caps too, but there were times I bought model car rims, and even bought die-cast models just for the rims on them, when I was a teenager in L.A. in the 90's and my homies and I learned to take walkman tape players apart for their motors and like making them into tattoo guns we bent and shaped paper clips and hooked them to the wheels and made them hop, never built bed dancing truck models, but I made custom walkthrough trucks, with hand made snug top camper shells for the beds that looked real, did custom interiors with seats in the bed and even speaker boxes with speakers hidden inside them I gutted from portable walkman speakers, I did custom air brushing on a few, several went through transformations like I did a 55' Chevy Cameo pick-up, I first built it leaving it the white plastic color it came in giving it a slight dropped California rake look, then toar it apart and sprayed it light gray, put some Kragar SS's with white walls and dropped it as low as it would go, then I toar it apart and sprayed it rusty reddish brown primer and chopped the engine cradle and raised it so when you popped the hood, the motor was way down inside and also I dropped it in the weeds, last tear down i painted it Orange
Jervies is an icon since I was young . He deserved to be apart of this amazing build
