- Following some of the tips from Jevries, I take a crack at lowering the redcat 64 a little more. Things get out of hand and I have a mess to clean up, lol.

I drive mine down the road too much to slam mine all the way down, id be scraping way more than i do now
I don't see the sense in making a car sit on the on the ground and scraping Sparks and making it hop and a real car cannot take the beating
One thing I do is put the front switch up a bit so when ya hop it dosent bottom out.
Those wheels & tires are terrible brah
I got to give it to you, you are really creative 😊
Just found your channel. I watched the v8 in the Toy that you posted a few days ago amd now this. Great channel
Keep up the good work.
Welcome aboard!
*I was thinking about doing this but hearing how hard it’s smacking underneath I’m good*
Made it sound like a Walmart grade rc from the early 2000’s
@@shane_7even_ten569 @Boe'nealTV that's because he not hoppin it right. You supposed to lift up the front a lil bit before you hop so that when the front wheels land, the springs absorb some of that bounce... not the front bumper, frame n chassis... then you learn timing with your switch hittin as well... no offense #LevelsToThis$hyt
@@dboythamack no offence taken, it’s not mine lol
The car was just sounding like the west coast choppers Walmart low rider from like ‘02 lol.
I'm actually fine with how it came except the toe-in kit that was sent for free. I also prefer the size tire that came on it. Impala lowriders don't have low profile tires
I just bought kandy and chrome edition, I am looking for the gray stripe sticker sheet that came ONLY with the classic edition though. If you didn't use yours would you want to sell that sticker sheet or trade for the purple kandy and chrome sticker set? Thanks
I ordered those shocks but am unimpressed with them. Jesse Macias has released his wheels. His knock offs were on point I gotta think his wheels will be too. 🤞
“Chinesium” I love it. That’s definitely becoming part of my vocabulary
where did u get the rims and tires?
It was just a random guy on ebay that had made them, last I looked he no longer does. Jevries makes a lot of scale wires now.
Yeah...So, I think I'll stick with Jevries mods on this one.
How did you mount the rear shocks up top I didn't see it the video?
hey man. hope everything is with you and your family. I was eating postatious and watching your video, then got to thinking, to ask you if you would consider maybe building a frame for that car and then get it as low as you want it. Make it a great week bro. Talk to ya soon
I’ve thought about it. The front would be easy but the rear I’d have to rearrange the servo setup. One of those things I can’t figure out until I’m elbow deep in trying to do it. Lol
Nice work looks really cool man! 👊🏽😎👊🏽
Lowriders are so cool!!!
where did you buy the shock absorbers? a greeting
I got them on ebay but I found them here a little cheaper on amazon. Unfortunately they are all sold out of china so shipping is slow. amzn.to/3w8KgPj
Cut the exhaust at the cat and make it look straight piped
I dont claim genius one but. But as far as the rear servo horns raising up, isn't there a setting in the remote that might be able to keep them from kicking up? On power up? I think its great the way it is cause power it on and ur in drive mode power down and it sits pretty.
Probably. Most radios have a manual trim for each channel. This one has a usb plug to program it. But I haven’t looked into it. That kind of stuff is not my forte. Lol
@@RCeveryday all u have to do is set the endpoints.
Yes finally laying it out like it should have came from the factory.....great job brother 👍👍🔥🔥
Not a fan of these but that extra drop has really made a difference love it so much more now top job buddy! Maybe it hops better as it's lighter now you've removed the interior maybe? 😁👍
Nice 👍😎
I love this thing. Would lo e one in my small collection
Second
so nice !!!
Nice job!
I just bought a 409 64 SS IMPALA 4 speed car from a buddy of mine ..he bought out a salvage yard that closed in 75 ..the Impala was in a barn on the back of the property no one knew it was there until they found the boxes of titles in the back of the office .. the old car is faded down to the primer over most of the body ..so it's kinda pinkish orange and maroon . It has a few rust spots in the corners of the floor pans .. but other than that the car is really pretty straight ..its going to be my project for a while .. but that's fine with me ..i was born in 64 ..so as i grow old and beat up the old ride can find some of its former glory .. on another note i also bought a west coast choppers 1 6th scale 39 ford ..after watch the impala video i realized that the impala has almost the same chassis just bigger although the transmitter is really cheesey ..the body and interior are really super nice .. i have a 1 6th associated Truggy chassis that matches the wheel base so I hope with a few mods to marry the two ..I'll pm you some pick on fb wen I get a chance ..have fun
