Finally on the fifth ship they realized that the solarium had to be closed. I just got off the Harmony and although it was still late summer, in the Mediterranean, the ship was always cold, a ship open everywhere, really uncomfortable and only suitable for hot climates, as were the sisters. Finally the Wonder is also presented as a winter ship, good!

I hope that in the future the royal caribbean will build a bigger, heavier and longer Cruise Ship with a weight of over 300.000 T and a length of more than 400 Meters with a new more beautiful design for sure.
Royal Caribbean doesn’t build anything. The world’s biggest ships are built in France, at the shipyards of Saint-Nazaire.

I don’t think they’ll do it because the Oasis Class is already maxing out what most ports can support.

Foi o nosso primeiro Cruzeiro e não podiamos ter escolhido melhor. Nada a repreender. Ótimo quarto com ampla cama de casal. Espetáculos diários a nível dos melhores espetáculos mundiais. Alimentação diária variada para todos os gostos. O piso 5 (dos 17) era uma avenida autêntica e um verdadeiro desfile dse modas. Desta vez fdoi o Mediterrâneo ocidental. Fariamos outro cruzeiro neste barco para outro destino.

250 people for one lifeboat so don’t worry. It’s all bigger then you see on your small screen ;-)
The life boats are THREE decks tall!
Correction 370 people per lifeboat. In designing Oasis, Royal Caribbean also had to develop a new class of 370-person lifeboats. Symphony has 18 of them.

Why are there like 85 other small boats cruising alongside?
To make sure the ship doesn’t have problems (tug boats to ensure it can handle being tugged on and to ensure it won’t get damaged from moving in the sea) this is a sea trial not its first voyage also the ship is quite big and doesn’t have necessities to move it yet

These class ships are absolutely horrible. There is no connection with the sea. Your entire journey is aboard the inside of a mall.
Apologies to cruise fans: While am certain this vessel is very safe and well-designed below the waterline and inside the decks/public spaces, I gotta say what an ugly boat. . . It looks so top-heavy and out of proportion and wtf is going on with the stern? Also: Is that an atrium above the bridge/wheelhouse? sheesh. . . I miss sheer. . .

The titanic was too heavy with all the steel that’s why they had such a giant draft (under sea level) this ship is a beast and beautiful you just don’t know true beauty bud you lack the part of the brain to think of ships other than titanic for the titanic was forgot about until the movie and will be forgot about when the movie becomes irrelevant theses ships on the other hand will be for a while and won’t be forgotten.

They have to date 3 more such vessels on order for the next 3 years. Local St Nazaire shipyards, workers and families are happy about it !
So here we have the next cruise ship that has a sensitive impact on the environment, taking people to areas to promote mass tourism and not allowing nature to breathe freely. And this for only a small price in the four figures per ticket. Congratulations to all fans!

The bigger the vessel, the more efficient it is. They are actually "greener" than a town of similar size! It can hold 6800 passengers and 2400 crew members.

👍 I absolutely agree except the forthcoming Disney Wish is horrendous. The fully wraparound Promenade Deck was eliminated and the midship lifts were removed so there are only two sets of lifts instead of three.
