I use a Guru one pint rectangular shaped bait tub that comes with a drainer for soaking my pellets. bit less faffing around i find but whichever way you prefer doesnt matter each their own...i quite like how Rob prepares his pellets.
At 19.15 Nick flicks his feeder to the far bank. I have tried and tried to do this and failed miserably. If I ever bump into him at Lindholme I'm gonna asked him politely to show me

Correct, tie a bomb on first to get the distance, then clip up...take off the bomb and attach your feeder.
