Just getting things sorted and booked to come down in a few weeks time when the weather cools down a bit. I fancy the drive down via the south of France to Alcudia, then on to Cala Millor. I will be bringing my dog along with me again. Dog costs are about, £60 for a Rabies Jab every 3 years, £230 for an animal Health Certificate every trip, plus Channel Tunnel and ferry extras for dogs. I will be travelling over France at 3 foot 6 inches, rather than 35000 feet this time and a max speed of 80mph on the motorways and enjoying the scenery at ground level. Nice to see the Sportsmans Bar, an old UK local of mine, even 800 miles away. Been subscribed for quite a while now, and thanks for a really good video.
Love calla Millor definitely one of the stronger parts of the island Thanks Alex! (I apologoise also for a typo in a comment i left on your video yesterday when I said we always try to buy from chains I meant the opposite! lol, complete mistake and it made me sound very ignorant and negative)
Good to see the beach boys on cala millor beach Alex..wow, its really lively tonight. You should come lol. Dissapointed not to hear any Christmas music though 😂. I heard merry Christmas everybody in waitrose in July. 😂
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun Tis a bit of a boring trek to the capital, but the atmosphere imo is far more tranquil, ie mañana will do. It does resemble a ghost town in the winter months with very few places open.

You have to be honest and say its nowhere near as busy for july/august as it used to be .think with whats going on is definitely affecting bookings.
I guess we will find out when the airport publish their Summer stats. I think the island is busy. But lets see.

I can see you moving to that side of the Island.
I do love visiting that side of the island but it's too quiet in the Winter, plus I prefer having Palma on my doorstep and the airport nearby!
