I loved your uncontrollable laughter after the scene where Robin Williams gets introduced. Those rare moments when laughter can sweep you away like that are so cathartic.
I’ve watched this movie at least 5 times. Your analysis of Will and Sean’s first meeting and how they studied each other was phenomenal. You picked up on things I didn’t notice.
THANK YOU DARLIN'
@@ScenecrlyK.S.O. Yes, you are great at that. And Thank you so much to leave your laughter in the reaction. It made my day just so much better
A D. Mee tooooooo
100% agreed :)
I wish robin was still alive.
Robin Williams took the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for this movie.
The scene where Williams tells Matt Damon that his late wife used to fart in her sleep was a blooper that was kept in the final cut of the movie. Damon cracked up laughing as well as the cameraman.
When Robin passed away that bench in Boston Public Garden became a huge memorial and to this day it's a popular stop for people to take photos
KSO…you have the best laughter, enjoyed this video ! 🤣
That whole scene with the painting is one of the most amazing parts of the movie...."if you disrespect my wife again, I will END You". So good.
OMG YOU PEEING WHILE LAUGHING! That made my day.
She cracks me up when she gets going.
Will is a broken man who happens to be a super genius...but he's still broken. This movie is about Will beginning to heal and the man who helped him find that road to being whole for the first time. Maybe even the only person on Earth who could have helped him. Great reaction as always. That humongous full body laugh (and cry) that you have always ALWAYS cheers me up and makes me laugh (and cry) right along with you. Even though i do not know you personally, it is evident even through the camera that you are a wonderful person. Thank you.
17:45 Leaving to pee....laughing uncontrollably... "You keep it inside"... classic
I'll say it again: you love quirky, you love Robin Williams, and you seem to love monologues. The Fisher King.
Also, JACK with Robin Williams and Bill Cosby.
For this film Ben Affleck and Matt Damon won an oscar for best original screenplay and Robin Williams won an oscar for best supporting actor😊
Genuine knee slapping laughter is always good to see. It was contagious.
RIP Robin.
The irony is that Matt Damon really had a romance with Minnie Driver and had attended Harvard in the past but did not get a degree. He did share an Oscar for screenwriting with Ban Affleck for this film. Robin Williams known for his humor is also a graduate of the prestigious Juilliard School of NYC based on the FAME movie with Irene Cara a MUST see.
This is true art. Wish people still made
Movies like this instead of marvel
Whats even more so amazing about this movie is that Matt Damon and Ben Affleck wrote the script for this movie....is good stuff hits you in the gut...
Phenomenal reaction. I had a very similar life to Will. Instead of being helped I was pushed and pushed to focus everything on academia and I got burnt out when I was about 15. Learning went from being fun to being so boring and I no longer cared, was easily distracted and would skip classes to go around with friends. I have a distaste for Lambeau because he reminds me of everyone that pushed me too much.
That bench scene is perfect
More Robin Williams see "what dreams may come"
28:09 I think the expression she was thinking of was "You can take the cat out of the jungle but you can't take the jungle out the cat." Or something along those lines.
Great reaction to this solid classic. Your analysis was spot on when describing the initial "sparring match" between Will and Sean.
Another good Robin Williams drama that I recommend is the Dead Poets Society. Like with this one, he's more of a supporting role, but he knocks it out of the park with that one too. There's also Good Morning Vietnam, Patch Adams, and Bicentennial Man. For more comedies, you can't go wrong with Mrs. Doubtfire, Toys, Flubber, and the cartoon Aladdin movies.
Though it should be noted that Mrs. Doubtfire packs quite a punch
@@jlerrickson True, but for that one the comedy has a bigger focus than the aforementioned dramas.
Jumanji is a fun one, too.
"What Dreams May Come" is another gem thats seriously underrated.
@@joeldykman7591 I agree.
Please watch Dead Poets Society with Robbin Williams
I loved this watch ❤️❤️❤️❤️
One of my favorite movies. Rip Robin Williams. The writing is superb
I have to admit your having to go pee was hilarious. Once I was walking in a mall and 3 ladies were at a machine that computer generated caricatures of the people in front of the camera and they could manipulate the picture using a mouse. They were just laughing so much much, it was a joy to see. Me, being me, went up to them and said 'if you need to go pee, the washroom is down that way'. One of the women looked at me and said..."I do need to go pee" One of the funniest moments of my life.
Your laugh is so contagious.
Right in the feels. Every time.
I’m wondering if you’ve reacted to dead poets society. When Robin Williams died, it was the only time I’ve ever been “hit” by the passing of someone from Hollywood. The world lost a special light that was truly a gift to the world. Check out his first appearance on the tonight show. 20 minutes of coked up hilarious magic.
I can't wait. I know this is going to be truly emotional.
Great Job KSO.
I love your reactions!!!!🤩
This movie is literally a good therapy
Awesome reaction 💯
An incredible film. Excited to hear your thoughts
I absolutely loved this movie. Robin Williams was one of the greats for sure. Also, I'm from (& still live here) in Boston. So the authenticity of the bars & neighborhoods were spot on. Matt Damon & Ben Afflec are also from here so that's probably why.
Also...finally found someone that can match my emotional roller coaster! :)
If you like Robin Williams, another more dramatic role of his that is great is in When Dreams May Come.
Such a gorgeous film
Only film that has ever made me sob in the movie theater. That movie is an emotional roller-coaster. Love it still. 💙
oh she must, but she will be bawling up a storm.... super sad but beautiful movie
My most important movie in my life. Thanks for a wonderful reaction!
This was the best. Reaction. Ever!!
You have such a good heart. Im not sure which was more moving, the movie or your reaction.
Watch The Fisher King, with Robin. Excellent.
The phrase you're looking for is "you can take the girl off the farm, but you can't take the farm out of the girl."
Here, I'd go with "You can take Sully out of Southie, but you'll never get the Southie out of Sully."
You are quickly becoming one of my favorite 'reactors' and i found out in this vid you live in Canada too so maybe that will be another reason why you are awesome hahaha. I enjoy so muxh watching you laugh, it's contagious, so wholesome. I too like Robin Williams, i actually met him once, when he was filming Insomnia, it was out in a oublic olace and there was a crowd so only managed to talk to him quickly n get an autograph from him before ppl started noticing him n he was surrounded. He called me 'Captain', like after signing my hat he said "here you go Captain", reminded me of the 'Dead Poets Society" scene "Captain, oh Captain". I'll never forget that moment. He felt like such a warm person, approachable, loving person. Forever will be missed.
Great reaction btw
Thank you Darling - I hope we enjoy many more film reactions together.
@ScenecrlyK.S.O. oh for sure. I just found your channel maybe 2 weeks ago or so, I need to watch a lot more of your reactions.
I started with some of my favorite movies but will be watching your other reactions as well
The smartest find these dry lines to be hilarious af. +1
I never comment on these but your reaction was so amazing I had to. This is one of the best I’ve ever seen! Amazing job!
Great movie and reaction from you! Oh and that Elliott Smith music just fits this movie so perfectly!
You really need to see Dead Poets Society; my favorite Robin Williams movie. :)
Your joy is infectious
One of the greatest movies ever.
It is emotional. But I think you loved it.
KSO, your reaction was beautiful.
I loved it.
Since you find Robin Williams so hilarious, I highly recommend,
Good Morning Vietnam.
I was told the saying goes; “ you can lead a horse to water and if you can’t make him drink you have to shoot it in the leg” some kinda ethics thing.
Stellan skarsgard is amazing too ❤️ We can see where Tarzan and Pennywise got their talent from 🇸🇪
Did you notice as Maguire & Lambeau climbed the stairs at the end of the film, they started walking in unison?
Lol your first digression with Robin Williams and your laughs thinking about Birdcage made it sound as if you were watching a straight up comedy... I was like "oh no you've seen nothing, this is another Robin Williams you are gping to discover" :)
Have you seen Mrs. Doubtfire yet? If not, it’s a must.
I have. Loved it.
You mention Will's relationships a lot in the end, and it's very true. I wouldn't be half the person I am today if I hadn't met many great people.
Edit: Also, it's hunting season.
You are so fun to watch movies with!!! Thanks!!!
Since you like Robin Williams so much then I would highly recommend you watch The Fisher King. I think you would love it.
no photographic memory needed, just an understanding of the problem.
He had photographic memory though.
The scene in the park is a great example of why Robin won an Oscar for his role in this movie.
Best movie
Missed you..
You can take the gangster out of the slum,, but you can’t take the slum out of the gangster
It's a probation officer in the US too ✌️💛
We miss you Robin. But we know that those that feel and care so much are blessed and cursed.
Maybe the wife was painting the picture in the hospital when she was in treatment
Ben and Matt won an Oscar for best original screen play
I could not see the premier today, but I can see it now. I have only seen this movie once so it would be a great refresher to watch it again! I remember this movie kicked off the careers of both Ben Affleck and Matt Damon and it was the first time I had seen Minne Driver too and Ben's brother Casey Affleck too! Love Robin Williams in this film too! Girl, you made me laugh so much during your first pause! LOL! I completely forgot that scene where Will met with Professor McGuire, he really did scope out his office as thoroughly as he could and yes, I agree with you it was like a verbal sparring between the two and how they are similar too! Yes, loved that scene at the park between Will and Professor McGuire! The best line in the move for me from Chuckie to Will: "Let me tell you what I do a few drinks, and a few laughs, and it's great. You know what the best part of my day is? It's for about ten seconds when I pull up to the curb to when I get and you won't be there. door. 'Cause I think maybe I'll get up there and

I never understood how in the constitution unreasonable bail is illegal!! Yet most bail i see set are 4-20x that persons annual salary before tax.
Omg you were snorting!!! Love it.
Will is forced to assess RWs character through the surroundings in the office. He isn’t credentialed or famous within their field as all the other therapists were. He’s also not pretentious. Is office is real, and messy & interesting.
Great reaction to one of my faves.
Robin did this movie for like $35,000 he though it was so good. Crazy to think one of the biggest comedians and move stars would essentially take the lease amount he could to be a part of it.
i cant believe you peed while micd up and cracking up haha
i was legit looking if someone already commented that because the leading up to it was hilarious and i cried tears but then this lady dead ass pee's with the mix still on and you can hear everything xd Not that im easily grossed out but its just so fucking unusual for a youtuber hahahah like, can you a video get banned for that? xD
@@nessmain6411 hahaha first time i ever heard a youtuber piss lol
"Trust is Life" HAHA! I had a professor that said he was going to write a book on famous quotes from students. One was, "Without man life would not exist as we now know it". Duh, that's deep.
28:58 There is a saying in Spain to refer to what you are describing: "Aunque la mona se vista de seda, mona se queda". Meaning "even if the monkey dress in silk, it's still a monkey".
You actually made tea come out of my nose at one point because your laugh is so bloody addictive hahah
😆👍hahaaa
This is the first time it occurred to me that by following the girl Will managed to avoid having to take the adult responsible job. And in California away from any help or friends other than Skylar will he likely pursue that career that would utilize his mind?
I see it as: he was willing to take a chance with a new job in Boston, he took a chance going to Skylar, so he's probably willing to take a chance and get a challenging job
Being “gifted” gives you an advantage in life over others of average intelligence in obtaining hierarchical success. Being near genius or genius level IQ gives you a disadvantage in obtaining success involving Norms . Falling off the edge of society is practically a given.
A must see movie is "In the Name of the Father"
I really liked this one. Ps if you’re okay with sharing where in Canada are you based? I’m in Toronto
♥
Robin Wiliams' ending words for lecture (Freud and cocaine) reminds me of my teacher in High School who said, at the end of the class, that our homework assignment was to find out why rabbit eats shit for breakfast, in a complete non-chalant fashion. I had the exact same kind of reaction of disbelief. I guess there actually is some biological facts about rabbits eating their own fecis, to better digest all the nutrients, but still...
Good job
OMG, that was the funniest reaction I've ever seen. 🤣 I laughed my ass off at you before you had to pee. Next time keep a bucket next to you.
Next time be careful, if you laugh to hard when your peeing you might fart
😂
You got the analysis down on this movie KSO. Brilliant. :)
The Self-Sabotage that comes from trauma cannot be denied. - #cinematherapy
You should watch what dreams may come its another Robin Williams film, personally wrecked me but I love it
Great movie to react to. 👍👍👍
You win lol.
Wonderful reaction.❤️ Have you reacted to “A Beautiful Mind?”
Clever reaction
I failed the ink blot test. You fail the ink blot test by your psychiatrist leaving out of frustration when you are honestly answering his questions. I was 15.
I don't know if noticed before the joke she said with his brothers about a bj, she gave him a kiss when she was eating a burger and food still in her mouth, and he kiss her, no problem.
I always think. How alike are you and I. I feel how you feel. Shows how little race nationality and upbringing matter. Im a white woman from Denmark no religius up bringing. Yet i feel you ❤️
Great movie. I enjoyed your observations and reactions. If I were Will, my one worry would be is Skylar going to kill me before I can make up with her? Peace!
Great review, Please do movie SCENT OF A WOMAN !
Dear KSO, I love your channel, your reactions and your detailed accounts of what you understand the movie to be or the song and you are on point in every reaction video I've watched. I'd like to suggest you watch "Field of Dreams" and see if you can find out what it really is about. A little info on the movie. A farmer builds a baseball field in his corn field, in which every one in town thinks he's nuts. I would like to say more, but then, you'd get too much info. Suffice to say that this field and farm house does exist in Iowa and anyone can go visit it. Please watch this movie with great actors and great acting. But I'd really like to see if you get it (which I'm pretty sure you will as you're so intuitive) and not only that, but I'd like you to be on notice to bring tissues as there are very funny moments, but at other times, you'll have tears. BTW, it's known that most men who watch it, have tears too (according to Kevin Costner, the actor in the movie). Thanks
Can you react to edward scissorhands next please darling 😘😎😎😎
P;ease watch AN EDUCATION with Carrie Mulligan and Peter Sarsgaard - based on a true story. You will LOVE IT!
👍
I find it intriguing that you are so forgiving about Will's behaviour early on and seemingly putting blame on everyone he confronts. There are reasons for his behaviour yes, but most of those his targets were blameless he was just being an asshole. He finds the weakness and attacks it. He's a more hurtful version of Jenny in Forest Gump, she ran away from her problem, he hurt people so they would run away.
You interpret my reaction wrong - what you see as forgiving is understanding the dilemma and issue at hand not justifying it. I didn't put any blame on anyone Will confronted. Jenny and Will are vastly different characters Jenny kept coming back to Forest and breaking his heart (she didn't have to) .
Will did not keep going back to Skylar - making her fall in love - having sex with her - running away from her - breaking her heart - then months later - coming back to her - making love again - raising her hopes and breaking her heart, over the course of 20 years! Will said no once and said goodbye - No comparison I'll choose Will's way over jenny's - they are very different people.
Almost impossible to truly experience this movie watching this chopped edit version. Too much substance. Not sure if you picked up that Will is a genius. There is a part where he tries to explain it to the Minnie Driver character, but not sure if you see that.
All reactors watch the full length - we just upload the edited version
