Traditionally you only block the four sides without a top since it rained we had to cover the top As well

depends on the welder how he wants it , but than again gotta have everything hooched up because them firewatchers be crying that sparks are flying also gotta watch out for the safetys

@@christiandiaz551 yeah I know I just had heard if the whole scaffold is hooched off with no air flow that argon will kill you since it’s trapped in the hooch
