- 20 Dumb Minecraft Hacks That Actually Work! Minecraft has plenty of ridiculous and somewhat stupid things that are actually genius. Today, we're looking at these Minecraft ideas that are dumb in theory and excellent in execution. you should in theory be able to combine the floating water bug and the upside down farm to be able to use actual water instead of lapis blocks. also you could use moss instead of dirt to make a grass effect

Skip : Pillagers are some of the hardest mobs to beat early in the game.
Also Skip : Has a Netherite Sword with an enchantment
2:03 that trapdoor thingy doesn't work in 1.18 anymore. When i logged in my world after updating, all my sheep's and cow's were messing around everywhere. It was so dramatic to watch whole base filled with them.
Replace the floor with honey, then it should work the same except for the slow movement speed
Are you in bedrock edition? If not then just fences

My tip for kidnapping a villager is to make sure that their village has no beds left, wait until night, and then start leading a villager by placing and then removing a bed. They will follow it because they are to be assigned to the bed and they want to sleep at night. Then you can put the bed where you want them to be around
8:12 ok, but bundles aren't, and never have been, a thing
Bundles were added in snapshot versions of 1.17, they were suppose to be items that were like smaller Shulker boxes, only holding 64 items before getting full. However they were dropped from the game and now are only accessible from commands, they won't be added until after the wild update, so we won't see them until at least 1.20

Apparently bamboo acts like a fence, they can't willingly walk through the gaps unless you push them through it's not as effective if you have a huge abundance of animals but it's nice if you want like a more natural look to your builds

Glow lichen is also useful if you place it on leaves, and makes it look like flowers or a different leaf texture!
That trap door hack is super useful! I haven’t heard of this one before.

Number 11 and 10 could be used together to make real water in that island while having it not flow outwards. It could also be used as something trippy where water flows randomly out of an upside-down island.

Bundles aren't available in survival Minecraft as of 1.18, they can only be gotten in creative. So tip 15 is creative mode only.
Not to mention a much easier solution is to rename the compases with an anvil
there is a mod/addon for them to be used in survival

Loved your content but just one addition that the trap door fencing does not work in 1.18 Part 2 update. I observed it when I updated my Survival world and then saw that all of my animals were out of the trap door fencing and when I tried to put them in, they just jumped out after a few seconds so trap doors do not hold animals (atleast for bedrock edition)
He never said it works for bedrock 🤦🏻♂️. It never worked for bedrock in past.

@@ojastheai not really, he specifies bedrock when it's bedrock edition. General for skip is java since that is.. The most general minecraft. Unless specifically stated bedrock, it's usually always for java
@@ojastheai also you do have to realise bedrock and java are soo different that no one thinks... "oh he didn't state which version it is so it's both" sorry brother that's just a weird assumption. Majority of the Minecraft videos where nothing is stated is usually java, and bedrock is specifically stated since that isn't the normal general minecraft which literal majority plays.

Amazing work. Every time I watch these vids I learn new things and try it out. They are fun and entertaining, keep it up!
If you want to cover up redstone and stuff, you can use invisible item frames and maps and it wont have borders on the side.
Skip you should do a video on bedrock's various quirks, I would love to see you cover the amazing thing that is the bedrock locator map. It can track players in both the nether and the overworld, and it sometimes shows the players skins and what armor they are wearing.
If you use invisible item frames the maps won’t stick out at all so for the one with invisible red stone it would be completely invisible

The trapdoor thing doesn't work in 1.18 anymore. I did that in 1.17 and when i update the world all the cows jumped over it
i was like, "where are all my pigs?"

In your videos, can you specify which ones work on Java and which work on Bedrock?
He is a java youtuber so be sure that most things work only on java if they work on glitches or bugs, like trapdoor and carpet Pathfind. He will say those who also work on bedrock.
If you took a shot every time skip said "something of a" whatever in these videos you would die before the halfway point

7:00 ish The boat trick can also work with borders. If you put a boat on the world border and row into it, it's possible to get out on the other side of the border, and you won't even take damage. However, you can't break blocks and can only go a couple more blocks in, but it's still a cool trick.

Sadly after the recent update, the trap door fence no longer works. At least not in Bedrock 😕

@@leadharsh0616 it did though, up until this last update I was using trap doors as fences for all my animals. After the update hit my base was chaos with all of them running around
@@leadharsh0616 It definitely worked in bedrock, I've used it for years, but it's broken (or rather, fixed, because it was never meant to work that way) now. If it didn't work for you prior to 1.18, the most likely reason was your doors were placed the wrong direction.

The llama armchair doesn't even need invisibility if the llama is the right color
It does help to hide a wolf in the back wall after making sure the llama sees it, that keeps it from turning around

about the name tag trick, you don't need to change the games language, just change the name of the tag to something else, and immediately after, change it to "Name Tag", as easy as that (this works for any items)
