  • This simple exercise called Pugudaz focuses on the bounce triplet rudiment aka The Puguda while also teaching you the Swiss Triplet and the Six Stroke Roll.     2hours later, its 12 am and I can say I finally learned it. It looks and sounds difficult but its actually quite simple

    I’m a beginner, but this is so fun to watch. Maybe I can learn a section or 2. Either way, I love it.

      yea you can learn this, just play it really slow.

    Definitely gonna start using this to warm up my left doubles. Simple, Musical, and an exercise with so many applications. Might take this to the drumset tomorrow:)

      cool, yea its def a left hand workout, but like you said lots of applications even for drumset.

    Another great video and exercise. One question, though...what is a Pugada called if you diddle/cheese the single tap/downstroke?

    I’ve never heard anyone refer to a Swiss triplet with no flam.

      yea swiss army triplet has the flam, swiss triplet has no flam.
