This is the type of content men need to be introduced to and indulged in. After being brainwashed by all the toxic content out there, I lost a good girl exactly by not being my true self. I put up this facade of a hyper masculine man to keep her interested, yet what she needed from me was exactly the opposite, to be my true loving caring authentic self. She left and now I am broken because what she seeked was there all along at my true core, I was just brainwashed by the masses. But this is my learning experience, and it’s pushed me into the direction to do deep work and find my true self. Guys don’t make the same mistake I did. Be your authentic self, and If a girl does leave your life at least you won’t have any remorse as you know deep down you were exactly who you were and didn’t play a character. A lot has blown up in my face the past week. And i’ll be honest I cried a great amount watching this. I cried bc I haven’t been authentic with myself. Cheers for sharing your wisdom brotha, keep doing you. I would like to say however, people who seek validation and such which is a really "feminine" trait... ehhh, its not necessarily a BAD thing. A lot of childhood-traumatized individuals whom manifest a certain way of thinking and thus behaving in the world... theres only so much healing that CAN be done. The brain wiring is largely cemented. Therefore in order for such individuals to be AUTHENTIC and themselves... it can come with quite a nurturing, people-pleasing mind... because that PERMANENT void (I'm yet to come across any cluster B individuals whom have fully healed...) within them will always be sought to be filled, and that comes with the external validation. I would argue the majority of music artists, creatives, comedians and such... they all attain such void of pain from these volatile childhoods. Theyre still capable of being a good high-value husband of which the woman adores his VERY funny or VERY sefless or VERY interesting personality. Yes, this means its all stemmed from a place of insecurity, thats not the most attractive because its seen as weak, its seen as a sign of that individuals possible "volatility" they attain, its seen as a "mask"... but truly we cant FIND whats beneath the mask, its just how we have learnt to BE. To try and be emotionless/stoic ISNT our authentic selves, because were naturally more emotional. It just is what it is. Therapy, meditiation, holistic medicine, self awareness, practicing empathy and gratitude... these are all things these types of individuals SHOULD be doing our entire lives... but itll NEVER allow us to rid this learnt way of a "feminine" energy/trait fully... in my opinion ofcourse. And im not trying to be a pessimist here, just real. Im very optimistic as a whole.

Im enjoying the increase in my SMV in my late 20s after decades of being chosen over by women, I like having lots of options but being very selective. I try to watch all types of content related to men's issues, health and well being. This video stood out to me just because of the title, and the simple fact that it captures the advice so many men have heard. I just wanted to drop my thoughts here. The opening of this video was very refreshing for a number of reasons. I appreciate that (Conscious Man?) presented himself as a normal, everyday man, in simple clothes, driving a simple car, not advertising a luxury lifestyle and thus planting subconscious seeds of what happiness looks like. I really liked the references to biblical texts and the value of old wisdom. Even the choice of setting for this video. Not some lush party spot like Miami, or New York, or a resort, or someplace expensive. Just a simple cruise around town. There was a moment where I felt myself starting to experience wariness, and mentally I began to pull back. I appreciate all of the points on authenticity and learning to operate from a place of love. But when I heard the words "healing" and "inner child", these triggered skepticism and caution within me. Why? Because the self-help movement has been so thoroughly co-opted by countless charlatans and frauds. What began as a way to address legitimate issues many faced/experienced, has gradually devolved into navel gazing and narcissism. People have become obsessed with the workings of their mind, and the ever elusive goal of "fulfillment", and understandably so. We have more free time than ever before, and so... now we can choose to either be mindless consumers and automatons, or we can be conscientious and deliberate. Amongst modern day gurus, but also many women, certain buzzwords have become highly popular. Words such as "journey", "healing", "psychic pain", "authenticity" and also concepts such as "personal truth", have increasingly become part of modern speak as people crave spiritual health. But while these words are presumably meant to embody noble and elevated ideas, what I see is that it usually turns into a form of obsession with self. There is a very thin line that one can cross where the "journey" towards mental health and spiritual well-being turns into narcissism and falling in love with your own dysfunction, pain, and inner conflict. In a nutshell, you end up spending all of your time cogitating, and not really living. Anyways, I'll continue watching this channel with interest.
I'm in the same place as you. I do have sex ocasionally but I learned after having sex with allot of different women it is damaging as well. This is the type of content men need to be introduced to and indulged in. The manosphere is full of red pill alpha bullshit putting up a persona and playing games in order to seek a woman’s validation. This video couldn’t find me at a better time. After being brainwashed by all the toxic content out there, I lost a good girl exactly by not being my true self. I put up this facade of a hyper masculine man to keep her interested, yet what she needed from me was exactly the opposite, to be my true loving caring authentic self. She left and now I am broken because what she seeked was there all along at my true core, I was just brainwashed by the masses. But this is my learning experience, and it’s pushed me into the direction to do deep work and find my true self. Guys don’t make the same mistake I did. Be your authentic self, and If a girl does leave your life at least you won’t have any remorse as you know deep down you were exactly who you were and didn’t play a character. I would like to say however, people who seek validation and such which is a really "feminine" trait... ehhh, its not necessarily a BAD thing. A lot of childhood-traumatized individuals whom manifest a certain way of thinking and thus behaving in the world... theres only so much healing that CAN be done. The brain wiring is largely cemented.
Therefore in order for such individuals to be AUTHENTIC and themselves... it can come with quite a nurturing, people-pleasing mind... because that PERMANENT void (I'm yet to come across any cluster B individuals whom have fully healed...) within them will always be sought to be filled, and that comes with the external validation.
I would argue the majority of music artists, creatives, comedians and such... they all attain such void of pain from these volatile childhoods. Theyre still capable of being a good high-value husband of which the woman adores his VERY funny or VERY sefless or VERY interesting personality.
Yes, this means its all stemmed from a place of insecurity, thats not the most attractive because its seen as weak, its seen as a sign of that individuals possible "volatility" they attain, its seen as a "mask"... but truly we cant FIND whats beneath the mask, its just how we have learnt to BE. To try and be emotionless/stoic ISNT our authentic selves, because were naturally more emotional. It just is what it is.
Therapy, meditiation, holistic medicine, self awareness, practicing empathy and gratitude... these are all things these types of individuals SHOULD be doing our entire lives... but itll NEVER allow us to rid this learnt way of a "feminine" energy/trait fully... in my opinion ofcourse. And im not trying to be a pessimist here, just real. Im very optimistic as a whole.

Im enjoying the increase in my SMV in my late 20s after decades of being chosen over by women, I like having lots of options but being very selective. Cultivating lots of options is a great feeling however after decade of life with zero. I wish society understood this more, it is now harder for me to choose 1 women and to take a government contract like marriage seriously because I had to endure a decade or longer as a maturing man with a desire for love and companionship and had to face it with zero options for so long. I try to watch all types of content related to men's issues, health and well being. This video stood out to me just because of the title, and the simple fact that it captures the advice so many men have heard. I just wanted to drop my thoughts here.
The opening of this video was very refreshing for a number of reasons. I appreciate that (Conscious Man?) presented himself as a normal, everyday man, in simple clothes, driving a simple car, not advertising a luxury lifestyle and thus planting subconscious seeds of what happiness looks like. I really liked the references to biblical texts and the value of old wisdom. Even the choice of setting for this video. Not some lush party spot like Miami, or New York, or a resort, or someplace expensive. Just a simple cruise around town.
There was a moment where I felt myself starting to experience wariness, and mentally I began to pull back. I appreciate all of the points on authenticity and learning to operate from a place of love. But when I heard the words "healing" and "inner child", these triggered skepticism and caution within me. Why? Because the self-help movement has been so thoroughly co-opted by countless charlatans and frauds. What began as a way to address legitimate issues many faced/experienced, has gradually devolved into navel gazing and narcissism. People have become obsessed with the workings of their mind, and the ever elusive goal of "fulfillment", and understandably so. We have more free time than ever before, and so... now we can choose to either be mindless consumers and automatons, or we can be conscientious and deliberate.
Amongst modern day gurus, but also many women, certain buzzwords have become highly popular. Words such as "journey", "healing", "psychic pain", "authenticity" and also concepts such as "personal truth", have increasingly become part of modern speak as people crave spiritual health. But while these words are presumably meant to embody noble and elevated ideas, what I see is that it usually turns into a form of obsession with self. There is a very thin line that one can cross where the "journey" towards mental health and spiritual well-being turns into narcissism and falling in love with your own dysfunction, pain, and inner conflict. In a nutshell, you end up spending all of your time cogitating, and not really living.
Anyways, I'll continue watching this channel with interest.

If you truly want to experience Christ... go within, make it a practice. And let go of your conditioning. Any fear that you feel when it comes to earnestly seeking, 100% isn't God. It is the ego trying to survive, holding on to the beliefs that give it a sense of false certainty.
