Here’s a guitar cover of the title track from Bon Jovi’s 1992 album Keep the Faith, by Jesper.

When this one dropped as the new single from the upcoming album in ’92 Bon Jovi made it quite clear that the 80s was long gone. The sound was so much more mature. Looking at Richie’s playing, gone was the typical 80s riffing and dive bombs on the whammy bar. Richie’s playing on this one is very funky with a pretty clean guitar sound - typical Strat-sound. In the chorus he adds some tremolo which is a nice detail.
This is is a killer track and probably the song that rock the hardest in concert. Do I even need to say how awesome the solo is? It’s such a kick-ass solo that is so intense. One of Richie’s best for sure!
