    Hey guys love it , will the reduction be enough for a 10llb ham , another question just curious ,I like to go beyond what about a bake chicken thank you for responding great job guys and gals .

    I wouold never put ketchup and mustard on my ham. Nooo way. Love my ham with some nice ham glaze, honey and pineapple glaze etc. Oh and how can I forget the beer

    Creative and lovely recipe, I must say that Chef Jason Peru is paving the way for all the up and coming chefs, I do have a little comment I would call constructive criticism, you should use a wooden spoon when stirring the pot/bowl in this case. ❤️🍽️🙏

      Wooden spoons are not recommended in processional kitchen anymore.
