    Initially, the Germans attempted to use canvas covers over the helmets in limited (around 800,000) in 1917. It wasn’t until July 1918 that the order authorizing camouflage was issued.

    Wow! You seemed to turn those round incredibly quickly since your last video! Would take me weeks. Great figures & usual brilliant painting from yourself. Sniper with the mask is something else. Great insights into colours & weathering techniques v useful & much appreciated.

      I'm glad you enjoyed the video Chris 🙂 I had a headstart as I had prepared them, primed them, etc, previously. That can cut down at least a day's work .

      @@JackSargePainting I’ve been doing a lot over the winter John, battle droid, tomb kings, great northern war, mounted samurai and many others, I just haven’t got round to filming anything for RUclips I’ll probably bash one out soon
