¡Que gran grupo! El trabajo de cada uno de ellos en su instrumento hace que esta pieza sea tan única, diversa y emocionante. Qué alegría escuchar esta música, gran interpretación en vivo.
@@brax08224 he’s best composer who’s an upright bassist for sure. But NHOP, Christian McBride, Stanley Clarke, and patitucci are all better technically, and I’d say nhop, Ron carter, and ray brown for sure have more swinging bass lines
The tail end of the greatest era in music. Remnants of the 50's and 60's, fading into the twighlight. Then came computers and cell phones, and the world as we knew it, ended..
Just across Charles Mangus. Listen to him in good old New York days like 50 years ago. Never saw hime live but wore the croover off albums. Lets Not forget Miles Davis. But Charles dammmm besr. Peace Out and Love MMLZZZ

You should say favorite, not best. Music isn't a sport, there are no winners
Mingus, the underdog, will be always one of the best.
Great man with a life full of sorrow.

Happy birthday today 22 April Mr Mingus.
Thank you for sharing ultimo's 😍
I'm not usually a fan of a double bass solo (no offense to bass players), but he's obviously an exception
No offense taken. A double bass solo is hard to pull off.
Hello Thomas, here's another genius on the upright.
