    I had this done in 2004, at the age of 15, and likely needs doing it again now at the age of 35! I won't ever forget coming around from the op that I was put under GA, and I had 2 nurses over my body whilst recovering and they were chatting away about their love life, I was only 15 at the time so had more confidence than I perhaps would do now the nurses were talking about their bf's and whether they should dump him for cheating on her, obviously I stayed asleep longer than i should to hear the whole story, then at the end woke up and said, you should defo dump him, he doesn't deserve you! LOLOL the nurse was very embarrassed lol, hopefully if I need this op again I will get to hear more nurse stories ;)

    Very sorry to hear about your issues, my ent surgeon wants to carry out outfracture on my nose but it sounds risky? Is this what caused your nasal valve collapse?

    Thank you for staying the most important complication!
    I had a nose job my turbinates were outfractured causing this
    Doctors need to be more careful.
    I now have to wear something in my nose %99 of the time because I have nasal valve collapse.
    I have bones digging into my valve, no cartilage support ect,
    And can’t live a normal life now.
    Getting the ENS better was a feat and ill forever have PTSD & health issues from it but I really want to fix the collapse for my health as well and overall well being but am so afraid bc of that.
    I say fix the sinus issues naturally by any means. Sinuses are naturally supposed to function properly, do not interfere with the turbinates unless it’s for a damn good reason.

Deviated septum, broken bone spur,1 sinus completely filled with a huge polyp and turbinate reduction. Iv asked the consultant to reduce the turbinates very slightly and if need be I’ll return for a second procedure. I figured out I can’t spend the rest of my life panting like a dog or dying because of sleep apnea. I've seen about 6 doctors during this year. My left nostril was blocked from time to time but almost all doctors I've seen said that it was normal and suggested me not to do a surgery. It's a normal situation during bed time feeling congested because your parasympathetic nervous system is active at night time.

    • @js_guyman
      @js_guyman 7 месяцев назад

      @@WangXI_XIsympathetic, not parasympathetic. The parasympathetic nervous system is related to the left nostril. So if your left nostril is blocked, then your sympathetic system is more active in that moment.
      Which also means your digestion won't work as well at night, because the airway that feeds your parasympathetic system is blocked (the left nostril)
      Your parasympathetic system should be active at night. But if you're breathing through your right nostril, then it's not going to be as active as it should be. Thus your body is going to suffer from poor rest and digestion

    Is this good for Eustachian tube dysfunction I literally feel wet stuff behind my eardrum and my throat is backed up 24:7. I have tinnitus too and it came on after my ears felt like it expelled something from behind my ear drums or Eustachian tubes. Was super painful. Whenever I’m around loud sounds my ears get full. They are sensitive too and even when it’s quiet sometimes they sting. I swear I feel I have mucous or bad mucous somewhere in my sinuses and ears and throat and when I’m around sounds or if I record vocals my ears get full even more. So idk what the fuck to do. I got an ear tube and I had to get it out bc it was causing me anxiety and gave me low bass frequency hearing loss for the time I had the tube. I am trying to see if their is something to get rid of my sensitive issues and the mucous feeling all in my face. My sinuses look clean, but in the x ray it said sinus disease. So it’s still lingering and feels more in my face after I listen to music or make music or when I sing 🎤. I need help can anyone help me out give me tips on what to do??? I’m gonna try to look for an ENT around my way. I always have negative pressure in my eardrums so they bend inwards I guess ??? Or some shit. It’s basically slowly killing my hearing probably. I have good hearing I guess but my ETD has made it feel worse and it really tests my mental strength.

Once crusting has fully resolved after about a month, nasal airflow should be much better than before the procedure.
