I've seen about 6 doctors during this year. My left nostril was blocked from time to time but almost all doctors I've seen said that it was normal and suggested me not to do a surgery. It's a normal situation during bed time feeling congested because your parasympathetic nervous system is active at night time.
@@WangXI_XIsympathetic, not parasympathetic. The parasympathetic nervous system is related to the left nostril. So if your left nostril is blocked, then your sympathetic system is more active in that moment. Which also means your digestion won't work as well at night, because the airway that feeds your parasympathetic system is blocked (the left nostril) Your parasympathetic system should be active at night. But if you're breathing through your right nostril, then it's not going to be as active as it should be. Thus your body is going to suffer from poor rest and digestion
Radiofrequency or coblation is not permanent solution. bone removal without removing the soft tissue inside of the turbinates and without outfracturing the turbinates is permanent, and it's the safest way, according to my surgeon.
