I like this recipe because I am not a fan of canned pineapple that people love to put in these salads. There’s also a version of this that’s really good that calls for Cool Whip, mandarin oranges, orange jello, and orange sherbet! Some people put pineapple in that too, but I don’t. Lol I’ve had cottage cheese in desserts too, and it’s so good, so I’ll try this! I like to have cottage cheese and peaches just as a snack, so this recipe is right up my alley! Love the addition of coconut too.:)) 👍
The pineapple version is so good too. With crushed walnuts in the mix. With or without marshmallows. My fav desert. Seems like everyone loves it. I just don’t remember if I should buy small or large curdcottage cheese.
