      Lol, true we don't loose our abilities...but our bodies defininately can't do what our basketball brains want us to do anymore!
      We don't get more smooth over time...we get more SLOW! 🤣
      Im 43 played from age 6 through college, and stayed active and playing when I could through adulthood.
      Trust me, us "OG's" as you call us can still ball, its just nature man...you are going to loose athleticism over time, especially when you have a family and a career, you just dont have the time to workout and play ball consistently...it happens to all of us, you wont be the exception, father time is undefeated!

      My pops use to coach high school and 1 of his former players showed up and he played pro in Greece and was the Greek league mvp and he was head and shoulders better then everybody pulling up from half court on 4 straight possession made it every time and he didn’t even sprint not 1 time just walked everybody down and shot over them

Why the smartest players watch hours and hours of game footage to get an advantage. I could go on and on about the complexities of the game itself.

      Don't need to be running all over the court the whole game like these younger players do and STILL aint doing much to change the gsme itself or impact the game.
      Its called letting the game come to you.
      You get into a zone that way that can't be stopped once that happened.
      Thats how he gave a very good defender like Kobe 60 points in a game...
