I like the new look compared to the older videos on his channel. This new look makes him more handsome, and he has very nice, trustable eyes, which are said to be the window to the soul. People tend to believe what is said if the packaging is there as well. (I guess my QVC hosting days are showing LOL)... and my Dad was in sales, too. Truth... you need to sell yourself when you're selling a message. It's just part of the package. His analogies are so easy to follow... very well done. You found and featured a good one, Lee!

Hi Lee, thank you for this video, Dr Abs is so easy to understand the way he explains how our bodies work. I just had a stress test( having heart palpitations and sudden high blood pressure spikes)and passed really well ( 71 year old female) Every maker was good except and the Cardiologist and my new doctor wants me on Statins right away. Says I could have a stroke as my number was twice it should be (7) I am in Australia.
Both are quite adamant that the Carnivore diet is only a fad. I tried to explain some facts I had learned but I was dismissed like a 10 year old school girl. I have only been doing this lifestyle for 9 weeks and yet to be one hundred percent daily but close. These doctors sure can scare you!!! Not doing the Statins by the way.i found this new doctor on The Low Carb Down Under website but she is definitely not a Carnivore fan, told me to stop with the saturated fats, no butter and only 2 eggs per week or I will have a heart attack. Hence all the tests I had, 24 hour blood pressure monitor, 24 hour heart halter monitor, kidney tests, stress test, all levels of results were good. I was Vegan for 6 years( yep I know how dumb that was ) I fell for the propaganda being a empath for the animals, and ended up with some issues, so trying to help myself now with this new lifestyle. Inflammation off the charts, Thank you for all you do Lee, appreciate you and your videos very much. Trying to learn as much as possible. Blessings from OZ.🤗

After few years on strict animal based, restricting carbohydrates, I had to add some fruits and dairy daily. I think I was suffering from ketosis induced hypothyroidism and had to add glucose to correct it. I am still animal based, but adding fruits and some dairy has been a game changer. Adding more fat did not make a big difference. Now, no more heart palpitation, and feeling low energy since adding some carbs.
I don't drink coffee and stay away from heavy workouts. listen to your body and make changes if needed.

Moreover, he talks about general health and mitochondrial health as separate entities. It is becoming increasingly clear that mitochondrial health is "health".

RE men and women being effected differently on cv: I think cv has an enormous impact on our hormones, and just as hormones sort of define the difference between male and female, there is going to be a different effect on a man or a woman in terms of testosterone or oestrogen.
I’m a woman and it’s had a massive impact on my periods - for the better! Used to be very painful and heavy on carbs, I had to take a painkiller every month for it. Now I have no pain with it. Women also seem to fall pregnant much more easily. This really shows the hormone impact.

Breast milk have 54 pct of animal fat in it. So womans need more fat in their diets especially if want to be pregnant. Their body must trust them they are able to make healthy fatty child.

What I want to know, and cannot seem to find anywhere, is a detailed analysis of the so called "Blue Zones" around the world, defined as such by the fact that they have many centenarians. Their diets, it has been concluded, were characterised by small amounts of animal protein and around 90% plant based (vegetables, legumes, fruits etc.). I love meat and I also love certain vegetables. I would really enjoy hearing an analysis of these populations and specifically, their diets, from a carnivore/keto perspective.

I know that it's to grab people's attention, but it's always negative, and I feel a bit embarrassed sharing, as my friends may think I'm a 'conspiracy theorist'. 🤣. I'd prefer less sensationalism, and just a simple, but eye catching title such as 'Do You Really Need 8 Glasses of Water A Day'?' I also don't really want images of people like Bill Gates on my news feed. It's all so low vibe, and negative. I would have preferred Dr Abs face for sure. 😂.
