      💯 i am also from this area .. and seen this station multiple times, Itna kharab halat jai station ka keya batay... Barrish me platform pe gaadhe me pani bhar jata jai... Station ka entry exit. Gandegi se bhara huya hai... Not saaf safai at all

      Bilkul sahi bole hai, ek railways system, jahan literally logon ki jaanen depend hoti hai, vahan pe har situation ke liye training honi chahiye.
      For example, ek aircraft ke liye bhi har situation, including engine failure and hydraulic pressure loss ke liye bhi training and handbooks diye jaate hai, taaki pilots har ek emergency ko handle kar sake. Aur yahan ek system failure, jahan pe procedures bohot simple hai (clearance confirm karna, speed kam rakhna, aur har signal pe stop hoke check kar lena), uss ek system ko train aur memorize nahi kar paye hain in the full sense.

    How on earth these loco pilots not being trained for this kind of emergency signal failure? If you can teach us atleast an overview of this scenario in much quicker time, why not loco pilots?

      Loco pillots , guards and station master all are required to pass refresher training evry two to three years. And automatic singals are not new system it is age old system. Everyone has the knowledge about its working rules.
      But mistakes happen.
      The solution is-
      Railway should reduce the human intervention as much as possible, an use the latest technology.

      @@Happythoughts747 But still, this is a situation wherein the procedure is simple (check for clearance, maintain low speed, and stop-and-go at each signal), training and retention of the steps in the working procedure is a simple thing to do. So the training is more rigorous, just like airline pilots and ATC crews are thoroughly trained in each and every possible emergency situations, even carrying handbooks for quick reference for any such emergency situations.

      Rigorous training and updation is given but human error is a big problem ... And without automation it will not rectify...

    ऐसा ही एक वीडियो आप चंडीगढ़ डिब्रूगढ़ एक्सप्रेस को लेकर भी लाना जब इसकी फाइनल रिपोर्ट आ जाएगी तो तो सब एग्जिट समझ में आ जाएगा तो क्या हुआ था हालांकि मैंने जो अनुमान लगाया है अभी थोड़ी देर पहले कमेंट में वह हो सकता है कि कहीं से ट्रेन टकरा गई होगी और ट्रेन के 10 डब्बे धक्का लगने की वजह से पटरी से उतर गए होंगे यह भी हो सकता है

    2nd point you have missed or you are only discussing as per report. So when you do a video your due diligence is required. The distance between Rangapani and chatterjat station is approx 2 Kms. Where the goods train has stopped at rangapani station then it's immediate speed is 47 kmh is next to impossible, further which is also clear evident that highest speed was 25 approx. So being a goods train it's technically not possible on that track & distance. Subsequently, heavy rain during the time of accident.

    This is a good explanation of final report on accident of latter.inshort there are very tense situation among employees of railway board therefore they are not trained well in their job and thus creates a lot of pressure not only juniors but seniors also . thus these lots of accidents and derailment is occuring in recent days. Although there are some mistakes of IR but also people of country are also responsible for this for not participating in railways jobs and then saying there is no employment in india.

    सरकार को करना यह चाहिए की रेलवे में जो भी चीजों की जरूरत है वह पूरा करें लेकिन सरकार कर क्या रही है पुराना स्टेशन तो नया स्टेशन बना वर्ल्ड क्लास स्टेशन बनाना है जान ही नहीं रहेगी तो पुराना या वर्ल्ड क्लास स्टेशन का करेंगे क्या जो वैकेंसी है उसको तो भर नहीं पाते फालतू खर्चा अलग से करते हैं गरीब लोगों को टिकट उपलब्ध हो ऐसा सिस्टम करना चाहिए एक का नया नया कुछ जोड़ रहे हैं

    Station Master is responsible for this accident. If station master had given the caution order (Speed 15 KMPH) to Good train locopilot, then this accident would be averted. Station Master should be punished. T/A 912 means authority to proceed at Normal speed, there is no any speed restriction.

    Raiganj station master has not obtained line clear from station master of chorhat station. In case of paper line clear such line clear ought to have been obtained by the station master of Raiganj. This is the main reason of this accident apart from other reasons discussed in your video.
