Oh you’re so right the Tahiti and Madagascar vanilla are so beautiful scents but OMG they are super light very disappointed B&BW please be generous with the fragrance not the water 😏
If they want to bring something back, then bring summer melody back, so many of us want that .

I have to agree that, sadly, WMV is very weak compared to the OG and not as bold--it's like a faded carbon copy of the original. I'm going to let the back-ups I bought sit for a while to see if they maceration a bit and just over-spray the one I'm using for now. Fingers crossed they age like fine wine. 🤞🏾

WMV gets better with time. I had a body butter of the original and that's what happened. I wasn't into it when It first came out but after letting it sit for a season, it was glorious. It may be light to the nose now but it will be way better come fall and winter.
Calypso clementine was a surprise FAVE.

Your face for freesia 🤣 That wild Madagascar vanilla fell completely flat for me…I can’t stand it! It is getting harder to smell these mists if they get any lighter I’m gonna have to stop purchasing altogether. I also hate that new whipped coconut milkshake mist packaging, but the scent still hits. Your SAS song gets me every time. ❤

These $3.95 mists have a better spray nozzle than they usually have. I like Tahitian Island Dream but I was expecting something heavier. Wild Madagascar Vanilla is lighter than the the original release and it’s slightly different.
Wild Madagascar Vanilla and all the others are WAY lighter than previous versions. You get what you pay for and these were $3.95.

i actually really like wild madagascar vanilla. i was skeptical when i heard the scent notes but it’s a nice sophisticated perfumey scent! i wish they would do a straight up vanilla though.
Reminded me of Fresh vanilla blossom that came out last fall. Not as strong asFVB but a cousin to it. I like the smell but sad it's not stronger. I guess I'll need to spray it like crazy

I have both Tahiti Island Dream and Madagascar Vanilla from way back in 2015 and they are both way stronger and just a hint different than these versions. But not mad to have new versions in my collection just have to layer them with the lotions. And the lotions actually smell creamier and stronger than the mists lol
I love your SAS song every time! 😊 🛍 I picked up Wild Madagascar Vanilla. I have worn the mist & cream with Kayali Vanilla 28. Perfect combo. Also, I tried it with the Kayali Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar.. it works with both having pear notes. I left that Freesia in the red bin! 🤭 I don't like the Block Party packaging at all either. SAS has been ok. Not bad, but not like they used to be. We still spending though. 🤷♀️🤭
I had to wear WMV in order to truly appreciate it. I paired it with VS bare vanilla and VS bare and I loved it! Combo was a very sensual skin scent. The pheromones were popping. 😅

Freesia was a hard pass for me. It gave me an instant headache. This is my first time smelling WMV and I like it. I think it will be a great layering scent. I like Tahiti Island dream, I think it is a soft pretty scents. I have way to much, so no back-ups for me this year.
You're right, Tahiti Island dream and Madagascar vanilla are both very light!

SHOCKED you didn't like wild Madagascar vanilla The original was so Beautiful and stronger😏 I only picked up the Body cream i still own the perfume... Tahiti island dream is lighter and not exactly the same like you said
I have begged them to bring back Tahiti Island Dream for years, so I am very happy that they brought it back. I layered myself up with it today and I have to say that the body wash is a dud. It barely smelled like anything to me. The body cream though was super creamy and I could smell the vanilla a lot. The mist is more fresh and a bit floral to me. Layered with the cream, I think it’s pretty close to what I remember. It’s been on for over 6 hours and I can still smell it too. I’m very glad I ended up liking it!
Wild Madagascar was strong in the mist and cream. The shower gel smells light in bottle but usually you get the full scent when you use it. It’s not a sweet gourmand vanilla but is more grown up, has a blend of floral and fruit. Not my favorite but not bad at all. It did last for a few hours layering the cream and mist. The lotion smelled lighter, didn’t get it.
Wild Madagascar Vanilla & Tahiti Island Dream smelled like pure indeed oxygen to me. Even my best friend and an associate said they barely had a scent. I left em right where they were 😂
I also think that Madagascar Vanilla will do great in the fall, bc it’s a warmer vanilla to me.
Hello to everyone, I participated in the sale online for the early members' access, and I also went to the store on Saturday. I did purchase all the older scents that were brought back besides Cherry Blossom, which I will at a later time. I indeed purchased Fressia, and I must say I do enjoy it on its own. I wanted to see what I could layer with it, and I found that Vanilla Portion with Sole de Janeiro's number 59 smelled really good on my skin. I also layered Feeesia with Body Fantasies fresh white musk, and that combination smells good also. Just a few combinations I found worked for me, and maybe it could work for u. Happy SAS, everyone.

Suprisingly watermelon lemonaid was the most longlasting in my skin i really liked it . And i did not like fresia

Do we think it's possible that this year's WMV fragrance mist will get better with time? I keep hearing ppl say they have old bottles from years (up to a decade) ago that smell stronger. Couldn't it be that time, maceration and evaporation have strengthened the vanilla in those older bottles and that these new WMV bottles might just do the same the longer they sit?

I originally planned to wear WMV in the fall. But to my nose this is such a good vanilla to wear in the heat!!! It’s like a floral vanilla and not too sweet or cloying.

Freesia and Wild Madagascar vanilla were both a no. I'm glad I didn't blind order wild vanilla. I was blasted with alcohol. I did get calypso Clementine, and lemon cake type, loved it. I did get 8 candles. Raspberry vanilla, berry waffle cone, kiwi stsrfruit, into the stars and apple, pink pineapple, etc....I did some damage. 🌌
Poor Whipped Coconut Milkshake 😂 I was just thinking this morning how it’s a really nice scent but too ugly to leave out for easy reach… 2 years in a row!

Even if I stopped shopping at B&BW I would still get excited for SAS just for your song! 😂 I was interested in freesia because I used to have a freesia mist that I loved when I was a teen. I was watching another reviewer who said the same thing but that it must have been a different brand because this freesia smells completely different. I’ll probably get Madagascar vanilla, Tahiti island dream and a backup of confetti daydream. No cherry blossom? Thanks for posting today before the 3.95 price is gone! ❤

Yassss love the songs sis👏🏻🙌🏻 i have the OG Tahiti island dream and its way stronger and more perfumey imo. The new one seems like it has more of a white floral note to me. But its still very fruity n tropical 💙💚

You took me down memory lane with Tahiti sweetie! I used to work at BBW in that era and I got a bunch of those body creams, that scent was heavenly!!

I didn’t have a frame of reference for Tahiti Island & Madagascar Vanilla, but the hype was actually real this time. Lol I love them both..specifically in the lotion form. Neither smell dated or retro to me either.
All of these returning scents were new to me. Got all the body care I wanted. Cotton Candy was the only backup. Usually never get shower gels but since it’s summer I decided to pick up a bunch of these fruity scents. I did notice that the shower gel from the sale(tried WCM so far) doesn’t lather well and you have to use A LOT of product. It does smell nice and clean well after using a bar soap first. So if anyone is planning to get them pick up a 2nd bc you’ll go through it fast. I’ve heard Paris amour is coming after SAS. Noticed they limit the stock each day. When the 20% off coupon was expiring, a lot of products were marked as unavailable for BOPIS and wasn’t out on the floor(SA “checked” back & said there’s no more) but suddenly the next day when it all went to just 3.95 they were all “in stock”. Seen this happen with other companies and think they set a limit for sale prices to get max profits. Also, it might be good for people who only have a chance to shop later during SAS and deter resellers. If you didn’t get the scent you enjoy, call the store & check if it’s in stock(BOPIS can be marked as out of stock but they may still have some in store/in back) before driving out again. Also, employees have secret stashes of products they plan to buy set aside in the back so if they don’t get everything or people have returns it may be available.

I pick up cardamom in WMV and then in the dry down it was a pretty floral on my arm. Not a love, but its pleasant, its really nice. I picked up 4, for me and my girls.

Seems they made the collections on 3.95 sale all weak. Possibly in hopes people will buy more & they’ll get ⬆️ sales.

i totally agree wild madagascar vanilla is really light and it smell good but it’s definitely not a love it doesn’t even last 10 mins. i like bare vanilla better than that one but just my opinion😊luv ur vids btw🤍

I wasn't excited about the Madagascar Vanilla or the Island Tahiti. I never smelled the OGs, but they were just ok. I'm gonna wait to see what vanilla scents come out this Fall.❤ I did like the Cherry Blossom.

I bought 3 mist 3 lotions and 1 bodycream of Madagascar vanilla + 1 mist 2 lotions 1 bodycream of Cotton candy clouds+ a mini mist of iced lemon poundcake. I found everything else was just meh.. or I already had it.
This sale was lackluster
I get that. I think I have just lowered my expectations and realize it’s not going to be as exciting especially since I shop through out the year. I wish they would bring back more fragrances we’ve been begging for.

When I sprayed WMV it smelled so fruity to me, I definitely get heaps of the pear too. I got it in the FFM, I think I’m good with just that.
In ordered Tahiti, Whipped CMS, Cotton CC and 2 mist for WildMV online Friday. I picked it up today and returned 1 of the WildMV😕 I was not impressed with that one….Fast forward getting home and it had time to sit on my skin and it’s not bad at all you gotta let that one marinate for a good min😩. I think Cotton CC smells like VS sugar sky.. I’m happy with all of them and I did order another mist of Whipped CMS. I’m gonna wait to get some candles when they’re 75% (per a sales associate.

I like freesia back in the day but I didn’t like the new version it was a no for me. I agree with your brother the Madagascar smells like fall to me as well. It smells like a fall vanilla in my opinion.

I’m the oddball and love Freesia. Loving florals. I might get a backup of the cream, and I’m trying to buy less creams - it’s not sharp like the spray and body wash. I do remember Madagascar vanilla - of if I even like it. I agree I hate that packaging - it sticks out like a sore thumb when you’re arranging the bottles. What body washes for SAS are worth it? I got strawberry Poundcake and lemon Poundcake, but I don’t like the lotion or spray of Strawberry Poundcake

Wild madagascar vanilla is ok 6.5/10. I bought 4 sets, 1 for myself and the others to resell. Not my fave !

Hey sis you know they changed the notes in Freesia. They replaced the Iris with Hyacinth. Its horrible. Some stuff was soldout for SAS today its back in stock. Hmmm

Me too! Thats why I decided to get it and try it home. It’s definitely not a love for me and I honestly wouldn’t miss it if I decided not to purchase it.

The packaging is terrible this year for wcm.....but the juice seems exactly the same so thank goodness. I am patiently waiting for tge day they bring tahiti sweetie back......I was hoping this would maybe be the same but it's not it......it's nice but it's not no tahiti sweetie. I do find the creamyness comes out more in the dry down on the skin
