My favorite cover on RUclips; most people just shoot the intro bass pyrotechnics only, or they play the rest of the parts but skip over half the notes. Here, the B-part is played Exactly the way Marcus does it, with all the feel (slides, hammer-ons, etc). I really, really like/appreciate that. It really makes the character of the song just as much as the busy boogie in the "A" section. Great tone, too!

Great transcription of the live version, I've always pretty much played it by ear up to now, largely based on the studio recording transcription that I've had for years. It's great to see a tabbed out 'live' version so I can add some of these licks to my own version. Thank you for having the patience to tad out the whole line :-)

How on earth do you remember all those notes?...it would take me a lifetime to learn this one ... so I should have started 50 years ago!
Try to remember the key (I think the Key is E Minor). Then try to relate the chord appearing in the superior part of the tab. The solos take some time to learn, but after that the song is pretty easy and repetitive so it is definitively possible to do in a couple weeks!

Also darren I've been playing around with slap for 20 years and only watching your video do i realize that one basically has to switch from "proper" left hand with knuckles up and fingertips engaged, to knuckles down. what if we had youtube when we were kids...!

スラップで6連符になるところ以外にも左手のタップでゴーストノート出してるとこありますか？😭
1:52あたり、小説番号48の一拍目の32分音符になるところで使う予定だったんですが、意図するように綺麗に入って無くて崩れちゃってますね(；´∀｀) 譜面に書いてあることを再現しようとするとそこは左手のタップが必要になります。
その他は左手のタップだけでゴーストノートを表現するところは無かったと思います(＝ω＝.)

If I remember correctly, the strings I was using when I took this video were Warwick stainless strings .035、.055、.075、.095.
