This is what track daying's all about. Find a good rider and dice with him, fast, smooth and safe (cos they keep telling us we're not meant to race on a TD eh😂) This was like watching a round of BSB. 2023 Season kicking off shortly and now I'm too eager and excited to get back out there at BH GP
Thanks for the comment Gio!! It sure was a lot of fun and you're totally right, it's what track days are all about. Go and blast around by yourself or if there is someone else with similar ability then you can have even more fun just like in the video!! I'm buzzing for BSB too it's going to be a cracking year!
Nooo racing there, was just following him and making passes where I could safely as a bit of fun he’s a quicker rider. I keep off his line most of the time just incase he braked too hard then I wouldn’t go into him. In racing you stick right on them 👍
Top tier ridding there fellas. Curious as to why you keep your dash in Street mode though. I recently started using mine in Track mode on the street because the rpm's are way easier to see. You're probably going off the sound anyway.
Hi mate, thanks very much 🙌 I actually normally have it in track mode (can see in other videos) but thought I’d try out normal mode on this day. To be honest I don’t think it really makes much difference as like you said, you go off the sound of the bike most of the time, you get a feel when it’s close to the limiter after hitting it a few times 😂🙈
Standar front forks with Maxton internals. Never set up for me but front always felt pretty sweet on the bike so I just left them 👍 Dunlop slicks helped too, running Kr108’s Medium soft. Awesome trackday/race tyre they give you a lot of confidence. If money isn’t a problem then I’ve always thought Pirelli’s are awesome but only used them for racing a couple of times as I’m skint 🤣
The bikes maps aren’t stock they have all been changed along with wheelie control and traction control ect. The power modes don’t change the throttle response or engine power like they used to they are all set to full power however now they adjust engine braking instead. So map 3 would be quite strong engine braking and map 1 would be little engine braking. The traction control has also been turned down loads as stock is too much. 👍

You can't park that here! Er... he already did! Top riding fellas!
Hahaha cheers mate 🤘
That new Blade just had a little more legs but the braking and corner speed was yours all day!
Awesome, you kept him honest the whole time!
Was good fun! Thank you for watching 👍
Good fast safe riding. What it’s all about. 👌.
Absolutely!
I enjoyed that, was more like a race rather than track day great riding though.

Whats the spec of your front end? you got some good confidence in the front !

@@jamescrawshaw71 nice! I didnt think you were running standard internals with that confidence
What Gearing are you running? (sprockets)
How come power mode 3 if you don’t mind em asking ?
