This showcase is all about going as high as possible on her ultimate. So dps-wise, it'll still be better to go for skill dmg bonus.
Feilian (Monke) echo on the other hand is absolutely broken as she can double ultimate in a single rotation. ie, forte - ult - forte - ult - forte.
Unfortunately, it wasn't showcased in this video because the pillar either ran out or I missed the wave after an ultimate.
