Lol love the tech hat. My mom grew up in Lubbock and went to MED school at tech. I went to the Omaha World Series when they played against tcu and I went to march madness championship last year when they made the championship run
That's coool knowing I've been on the same lake as you MANY of times catching biggins. I have the mach 2 my experience with it has been amazing it's my main combo and i recommend it for anybody starting off!
Bought the Mach II a couple days ago and it’s my first bait caster and I’m liking it, I’m still getting used to it and have not a clue what to do but I’ve don’t good
I absolutely love my Mach 2 it’s smooth ( it casts a mile) it does well on big fish and just looks sick! I have it in 7.5.1 gear ratio and it’s just amazing! It’s a seriously good jig and Texas rig rod witch is what I throw 80% of the time
I have the mach crush Slp and Absolutely love it still tuning it getting used to it had it 2 weeks now fished it 3 times and have say the best rod reel combo ive ever had and im glad say im proud owner if u thinking about buying one think no more GO BUY IT NOW i never liked lews but boy have they changed my mind!!!
I bought a Mach Crush reel and put it on a Dobbins or seven foot eight flipping Rod to use for casting hollow body frogs after a half a day on the water my forearm felt like it was about to explode so I went and bought the Mach Crush combo with the heavy action rod spoiled it up with 65 lb braid wound up using it all summer long that is my go-to hollow-body frog rod I have landed countless 2 and 3 lb Bass on this rod and reel combo and plan to use it all of Summer of 2019 that Rod has enough power that you never feel like you can't handle getting the job done yet it doesn't kill you using it through the day and I fish hard all day long
Just got the Mach Crush for Fathers Day. It is one of the smoothest reels I have ever used and the whole combo felt great. Orange and black are my favorite colors. Looks great and works great.
Not sure if you have done one yet but I own both combo's and the crush spinning combo. A great video would be on maintenance ect for the reels. Thanks for the great videos you create
Nice job! I actually have 9 of the Mach-II rods to include a spinning version. I don't have any of the Mach-II reels, but I do use Lews reels also. I have everything from the topwater to the flipping stick to the casting and worm/jig rods...I love them AND they match my Black/Green FALCON.
I'm really fortunate I'm able to go to the Lew's Sportsman Warehouse in Springfield Missouri every week I'm there a lot and talk to the guys about the products I have the Crush just bought the bb1 pro series those were half off I also have several other Lew's rods and reels but great job on your video talking about the rods and reels preciate it
Im lucky i live close too. They have replaced my crush twice now. And number 3 still chews up the line. Everyone i get frays out a $20 spool of flouro. You can just hear the line grinding on the guides almost.
I own both of these -- actually two of the Mach 2 combos (one's in Florida, one's in Virginia) and one of the Mach Crush combos. The Mach Crush is the better combo, but the Mach 2 really is a close second. Even though I'm right handed, I bought the left handed version of both because I'm used to using spinning gear and it's just allows more efficient recasting intervals. Also, on Amazon the left handed Mach Crush was on sale new for $145 (cheaper than even the Mach 2) while the right handed one was $200, so even if I didn't like left handed baitcasters, at that price I probably would've learned. FYI, for me the discoloration of the grips cleans off with bleach wipes or even hand sanitizer wipes. Dick's has an exclusive color Mach Crush that has more orange on the rod. Great review -- thanks for the extra information that only a Lew's pro would know.
Lews Mach Crush was $50 off at Cabelas about a month ago. Only had left handed so went to Sportsman's Warehouse, they beat the sale price by an additional 5%. Can't beat that.
I found the mach2 at Cabela's on clearance for 75$ best combo iv ever owned! I'm running it with 15lb spiderwire stealth braid it runs so perfect I highly recommend it
Make the jump! It will take practice and a lot of patience , you will have bird nests but after a little while it will pay off ! Start with heavy lures it's easier to cast let me know how it goes!
I own both and love both. With regular maintenance and cleaning and with the right reel oil they are both equally as smooth. The Crush offers a little higher drag but how often are you using anymore than 10lbs of drag or so? Not very often... The Crush rod is a little nicer too but I own a Pro Ti and a HyperMAG and they are both insane as well. But i also have a cheap american hero combo i picked up for 70 bucks 2 years ago and again with proper cleaning and lubing it's pretty freaking smooth, certainly not as smooth and quality feeling as my Pro Ti and HyperMAG but the price you pay for a setup does NOT make you a better angler or catch you more fish. I always tell people go to the store, pick em up, play with em and buy what feels right to you. Lew's makes amazing stuff. It's all i use. I have a few 13 fishing setups but i own a TON of Lew's stuff and it's my go to. But I've picked up the Abu Garcia Promax combo and was pleasantly surprised for only 100 bucks! This day and age there are a lot of companies out there that make REALLY nice stuff for the money. My girlfriend has the Pflueger Lady Trion spinning combo and that thing is ungodly smooth it isn't even funny. And at only 70-80 bucks! So it comes down to preference with me. Sure it's nice to be able to afford the Pro Ti and HyperMAG but they AREN'T needed to have a successful day out on the water. The Crush and Mach 2 combos are killer for the price. Personally the Winn Grips are my all time favorite. It really does help out when your hands are wet. They took some time getting used to for me but after a few hours of using them i can't go back to the other handles.
Keep an eye on the metal line guides...I fished the Mach Speed Stick heavily with fluoro (never braid), and the rod tip developed a groove that snapped my line on a hook set. I have it one video...if you'd like to see it, skip to 13:15 ruclips.net/video/dsunCDZZH3s/видео.html Fixed it by polishing that guide with emery cloth. Now I'm constantly checking the thing to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Hey Lou, love the review and your shows (new subscriber) I own the Mach II both casting and spinning. I’m new to fishing , except as a kid and catch great CO bass on both combos. Minimal to zero backlash on the caster and even used the spinning for top water poppers and spooks! It performed great! Now wish winter would get over with
I don't own either of the Lews combos. I am new to throwing a baitcaster. But I am trying to learn all I can. I want to try and get one of them soon I hope. Should I go with a cheaper baitcaster or a more expensive to learn how to throw one? Thanks for your videos. I really enjoy them. Thanks again John
I don’t have the combo but have the mach 2 reel on another lews rod and its been fished in the rain over 20 hours/dunked multiple times and still works perfect without ever being maintained other than cleaning dried grass off the visible outside parts. No problems with drag and have pulled 2 bass over 6.5lbs out of thick pads and multiple over 5lbs. I’m confident this thing could handle pretty much any size bass and situation.
I got the Mach II SLP baitcasting combo to replace my very first Penn Silverado Baitcaster Rod that I bought used when I wanted to try Bass fishing. I spooled it and wanted to try it out. Very first cast the lure got caught on a damn weed and got the worst birds nest. I was pissed and tossed it on the ground. Finally I cooled down and grabbed it to get the bird nests all untangled, Texas rigged a june bug and catched a decent Bass on the second cast. Actually catched 3 nice Bass on the first trip to the local lake. I'm pretty happy with it so far. I was using a Black Max but for some reason it didn't cast far enough. This Mach II casts like a dream and barely got any birds nesting if at all. Seems like lew's know what they're doing.
my wife and i use the crush and mach 2 spinning combos with 6# test line, 1 1/2" styrofoam cork and 1/48th jig head here in the very deep south of La.for sac a lait (crappie, for those elsewhere). we love 'em.only real problem for us with accuracy is wind and low hanging trees with and without hanging moss etc.. rod action is just about perfect for hook set for us. would like to have same style rods in 9-10 ft length though
I've been building my mach series combo collection all I have left is the Mach 2 decided to get the pro ti before the mach 2, definitely was'nt a mistake.
I have the Mach Crush bait casting combo, I really like that combo, feels great. I just barely got the Mach Crush spinning reel and Mach II spinning rod, I think they look good together, and it feels good so far.
i've had a mach 2 for about 3 yrs now, and it's been a great all-arounder. definitely alot of bang for your buck. somehow i lost the insert for the rod tip. when i went online to replace the rod, i learned that the most recent version has less guides, and is not rated the same as the one i have, so i went with a custom speed stick, which has the same specs as the mach 2 i currently own. i also have some higher end combos from diawa and shimano. they're great and all, but they really drive home the point that lew's gives you a hell of alot for the money you spend on them.
I just bought the green rod and reel combo yesterday because of your videos and Lews gave me a free weight in bag for buying the combo. I will definitely be buying more lews products
I have the mach2 spinning reel on a 8’ ultralight uglystik, I just got the crush combo today, I was torn between the mach2 and crush combos, the 20# drag on the crush made my decision. I’m gonna use it for salmon in the American river, season opens Thursday...
My son has the Mach Crush and really likes it for cranking due to the softer tip. It’s not a Combo I would personally buy because of the micro guides, I throw braid to Mono leader and micro guide don’t work well with that setup.
Would you say that these reels are comparable or not as good as the Lew’s Tournament Classic Laser Reels? The ones I’m referring to are White with Orange Trim and then also the Burnt Orange with Black Trim. Just asking for comparisons on Reels only. Thanks and thanks for the video!!!
What up Lou? Was just looking last night at the Lew's Hank Parker spinning rod at Walmart and wondering what would be a good reel for it, (wondering what Lou would use.) I already have the 2 HP casting rods but have never used a Lew's reel, I'm still and Abu man. Have you used the Mach II or crush spinning reels?. Maybe a video on them is due. Keep up the great videos, and keep on catching!
Lews HQ is right down the road from me here in Missouri..... Never used them; I need to try em out for sure. Thanks for the vid. I enjoy your channel and hope to use your tips to improve the fishing on my channel.
I love all things Lew’s I have the Mach 1 baitcaster combo, the Mach 2 spinning reel, the Mach Crush spinning and baitcaster combos. I use the Crush baitcaster combo for 90 plopper, spinnerbaits and squarebill cranks. Absolutely love it. Don’t pay $200 for it look for sales and coupons. I got mine for almost half price. I have no complaints about the combo other than the knobs get filthy and the reel is graphite. I would have preferred it to be aluminum framed for the price they are asking. They solved both issues with the new Custom Black combo. Aluminum frame reel and the knobs have black Winn grips. Wasn’t available when I bought my Crush or I would have spent the extra dollars for it.
My sister had some orange scented baby wipes, just the generic kind from Wal-Mart, she thought the orange smell was too strong so i took them to use whenever I was finished fishing. You have to rub run to get the grime out of it but will totally clean up way better than I thought possible lol.
Thanks for the tip. I have heard people use the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to get the Winn knobs clean. I have stayed away from anything other than a damp rag as that’s what is said on the Winn care guide from Lew’s. I am wary of alcohol and chemicals in wipes as they might dry out or damage the knobs over time. I guess I could always buy a new knob from Lew’s if that happens
@@josephnywayfarer1345 yea, that's why i just tried those, not tons of moisture in them. Anything too harsh and it can mess them up. When i tried those i was amazed though, practically like new after a year of heavy use.
I Have the Lews Mach Crush Spinning and Baitcaster...And I love it.. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT, I had the mach 1, and the 2 similar feel, and height, but idk The crush feels smoother, Feels right..Perfect for Small-Medium Fresh & Salt water fish, And I got the medium power 7" & to be totally honest I havent lost accuracy I like the softer tip gives me the flexibility especially when the little Guys hit the bottom of the boat...So Thats the only thing i cant agree with, AND Its a hell Of a Good looking rod...Look good with it as well.
Great review have definately considered selling my current setups and going to lews just wished they offered more rod and gear ratios in the crush and mach II combos.
You always have good content I have a lews spinner combo and love it after watching video going to purchase a lews baitcaster haven’t decided if you needed a baitcasting rod right now which lews combo would it be for multi purpose and for 300 or less ? Thanks it would be very helpfull🙋🏻♂️
Great video once again, Lou. I have a Crush combo and then another Crush reel on a Falcon heavy action rod to use for my frog rod. My question to you tho. The Crush rod, with its limberness do you think it would make a good shakey head rod? Thank you for your time
Hey bud great video only comment I have is isn’t the Mach 2 10lbs of drag not 15lbs thanks also grabbed Mach 2 baitcaster at Dicks for $84 on clearance thanks again
I’m really not digging the colors LOL !! I’m seriously considering the TP1 you reviewed, along with the reel, I really like what you had to say about it. The “general purpose” part of it in particular, also the fact that I can get two different actions in the same Rod. How close are the two in your opinion between the crush and the TP1 combos?
They are basically the same except you have better microwave guides on the TP1, the actual microwaves instead of the airwaves. The airwaves are ok, but just polished metal for the insert where the tp1 actually had the aluminum oxide rings.
Bass Nazi, thanks, I took a look at these 2 today and the more I look at the TP1 the more I like it, between you and Lou, I think you’ve solidified my decision, there is a fishing show coming up close to where I live, it’s gonna be in Fishersville and I’m hoping they will have a couple I can pick up, if not, guess I’ll have to order them, thanks, it’s much appreciated !!
Beyond The Bounds Can I ask another question about the TP1? I don’t want to further intrude on your crush evaluation, I can go over to the other video and ask there if you wish.
Nice review! I put the Mach 2 to work last year throwing a frog on 65lb. braid. I usually use the Team LEW'S Custom Pro for the heavy lifting, but I also threw a frog on the Mach 2 a lot last season.
I own the Mach Speed Stick. Love the rod, BUT the metal micro wave guides (which the Crush rod shares) wear out fast. I've used fluorocarbon exclusively on my rod (never braid), and the smooth fluoro line, very surprisingly, wore a deep groove in the rod tip line guide...which was sharp enough to cause me to snap the line off at the rod tip on a hook set. I was completely baffled until I inspected the guide and saw the groove which the line had worn into the rod tip. I fixed it by polishing the guide with emery cloth, so the rod is back in action, but man was that ever disappointing. I believe the Crush rod uses the exact same guides. Personally will not be buying a rod with those guides ever again....and that's painful to say because I have really love that rod. If you want to see my line snap (yes, I caught it on video) click the link and skip to 13:15. ruclips.net/video/dsunCDZZH3s/видео.html
What are your thoughts on Lews BB1 versus Mach Crush. I have a BB! and it cast a mile. Wondering if it would be better getting a second BB1 or grab a crush
Both of the mach series do very well in casting...i crank and topwater with mine. The crush is my favorite...and ive only recently picked up a bb1!!!!...i know right...grab the crush you wont be dissapointed
Ah, just realized this is the Mach II vs the Crush. Guessing he wasn't expecting Lew's to release a Mach 2 in 2020 that is also Black/Green. Damn Lew's makes some great combos for us.
I have the mach 1 mach2 and mach crush love lewes products ihave 2 speed stick two 7 medium heavy and 2 7.3 heavy froggs rod a d 7.1 madion heavy jiggs and top waters
Lews makes good reels. I have 6 lews reels up to 200 bucks, the Laser is 80.00 bucks. The video I made Scrounger jig bass fishing I'm using a Laser reel with 12lb. line. I pull in a 7lb. bass on that reel. Check it out. FLC Dennis
I have held both of these in my hands. I love Lew's rods and reels, but after buying other Lew's reels with the paddle handles, i am not sure if i will like the big round knob handles. I am also not sure if i would like switching back and forth between the two.
Just came across this video today after checking out your spoiling. Then when you said something about the Lews Hank Parker speed stick I could do nothing but subscribe. I fish a hank Parker speed stick in the 7' MH paired with a Less Jason Christie laser speed spool reel and love it. Been using the setup for 2 years and it just gets the job done. Great video. I'm thinking of getting the new tournament MP reel or finding a tournament mb for the low but after your review may just check out one of the mach crush combos in heavy powered

Good review! And feedback
Just got the Mach Crush for Fathers Day. It is one of the smoothest reels I have ever used and the whole combo felt great. Orange and black are my favorite colors. Looks great and works great.
I would like any Lew's rod. There crazy expensive in Canada, and hard to find lol
Not sure if you have done one yet but I own both combo's and the crush spinning combo. A great video would be on maintenance ect for the reels. Thanks for the great videos you create
Thanks for the reviews, Lou. Sometimes I find myself wishing my current gear would break, so I can buy some of this new stuff!
Go get some anyways quit buying shimano if you want stuff to break 😂
I just pull a Bill Dance when it gets that bad. Tailgate works wonders.
Nice job! I actually have 9 of the Mach-II rods to include a spinning version. I don't have any of the Mach-II reels, but I do use Lews reels also. I have everything from the topwater to the flipping stick to the casting and worm/jig rods...I love them AND they match my Black/Green FALCON.

Personally I really like the Lews big knob handles.
Me tooooo!!!
I like them way more then the shimano paddles
Own the 2 and love it. Need another combo and looking at crush and smash. Mostly pond shore fishing. Maybe some float tube.
Dick's has clearance out the Mach 2 Baitcast Combo and has them on sale for $99.00. Just picked one up today. Can't wait to set it up!
Yea that's a crazy good deal ...some other guy like 2 weeks ago said he got it around Father's Day on sale for like 70 something
I'm running it with 15lb spiderwire stealth braid it runs so perfect I highly recommend it
Holy crap thats an incredible deal!!!!
Make the jump! It will take practice and a lot of patience , you will have bird nests but after a little while it will pay off ! Start with heavy lures it's easier to cast let me know how it goes!
That's great glad to hear! What fish do you normally target?
@Lenny23 _ hey that's great! Post a picture of your catch!
I’ve got a Mach II I love it I really want a Mach crush out of curiosity since the latter is suppose to be better and I can’t fathom that.
I got the Mach II combo, want the crush and the tp1 combo. Mainly fish with med-heavy and heavy. Lews has excellent gear. 👍
I have the crush. Both spin and cast and I love them both

Should I lube up my brand new mach 2 or is lews good about that?
Hey Lou, love the review and your shows (new subscriber) I own the Mach II both casting and spinning. I’m new to fishing , except as a kid and catch great CO bass on both combos. Minimal to zero backlash on the caster and even used the spinning for top water poppers and spooks! It performed great! Now wish winter would get over with
Awesome man i am glad to have you here!
I have a crush spinning and a Xfinity spinning love them both , I have never been able to figure out a baitcaster
Brakes are better on a more expensive model and would be better
I've got the mach II and I one spinning and one casting I love them both
Hey man im going to purchase one soon, and in your opinion which performs better spinning or casting?
I don’t have the combo but have the mach 2 reel on another lews rod and its been fished in the rain over 20 hours/dunked multiple times and still works perfect without ever being maintained other than cleaning dried grass off the visible outside parts. No problems with drag and have pulled 2 bass over 6.5lbs out of thick pads and multiple over 5lbs. I’m confident this thing could handle pretty much any size bass and situation.
Lews equals quality for sure...its why i can recommend them
Just got the mach 2 and I'm loving it its great
Sweet
I got the Mach 2 a year ago, and it’s still smooth as it was new
That is awesome I love to hear this. I want people to have quality gear that lasts. Don't want you to waste your money. you work hard for it
At Academy they are 25% off right now. They didnt have the Crush at my store....so I'm gonna order one...maybe 2. $150
I got the Mach II SLP baitcasting combo to replace my very first Penn Silverado Baitcaster Rod that I bought used when I wanted to try Bass fishing.

I bought my first baitcaster last month. Went with Lews Mach Smash for $129. I’ve been more of a spinner guy but I’m enjoying this combo.
We’re did you get it for that price ?

Sweet i love them!
Exact comparison I have been looking for, good job
Nice bud thanks for checkin it out after you commented on the other vid
I agree with your review of the crush. I use mine as a lipless crank. Surprised u didn't mention the dual brakes.
I have the Mach Crush bait casting combo, I really like that combo, feels great. I just barely got the Mach Crush spinning reel and Mach II spinning rod, I think they look good together, and it feels good so far.
Basically both good rods, only different is drag and eyes?
I'll be getting one of them this spring for sure.

I just bought the green rod and reel combo yesterday because of your videos and Lews gave me a free weight in bag for buying the combo. I will definitely be buying more lews products
I have the Mach 2 probably one of my favorite baitcasters ever
Wyatt Dean agree
I have 3 Mack 2 and 4 Mack crush they are awesome Rod and reel combos.
I have the mach2 spinning reel on a 8’ ultralight uglystik, I just got the crush combo today, I was torn between the mach2 and crush combos, the 20# drag on the crush made my decision. I’m gonna use it for salmon in the American river, season opens Thursday...
Damn good review, I have both plus the Mach 1. Lews Combos are fantastic!
Great setups and info! Nice having the centrifugal brakes too!
My son has the Mach Crush and really likes it for cranking due to the softer tip. It’s not a Combo I would personally buy because of the micro guides, I throw braid to Mono leader and micro guide don’t work well with that setup.
Agree there they definitely dont pair well with leaders
It does seem to do well if you use a fg knot.
Awesome video bro. Love the Mach Crush
Should I put fluoro or mono on my Mach crush
Either work...depends on what you are fishin and why you would need mono
What up Lou? Was just looking last night at the Lew's Hank Parker spinning rod at Walmart and wondering what would be a good reel for it, (wondering what Lou would use.) I already have the 2 HP casting rods but have never used a Lew's reel, I'm still and Abu man. Have you used the Mach II or crush spinning reels?. Maybe a video on them is due. Keep up the great videos, and keep on catching!
I’m assuming this is sponsored my Lews
I own both and they both perform great
Wonder what the differences are between the Mach 2, and the Mach Pro... 🤔
If you could only have one of those for your only rod, which one would it be?
Lews HQ is right down the road from me here in Missouri..... Never used them; I need to try em out for sure.
Thanks for the vid. I enjoy your channel and hope to use your tips to improve the fishing on my channel.
I have both those rods. I have Team 13 reel on Mach II and a Revo on the Crush....
@@josephnywayfarer1345 like you said though, make sure it's just the mild stuff, those just had the citrus in them.
I might buy it because bass pro shops has it for $100(mach 2)
Great review have definately considered selling my current setups and going to lews just wished they offered more rod and gear ratios in the crush and mach II combos.
I own the Mach Crush along with 2 BB1 Pros & a Speed Spool
You always have good content I have a lews spinner combo and love it after watching video going to purchase a lews baitcaster haven’t decided if you needed a baitcasting rod right now which lews combo would it be for multi purpose and for 300 or less ? Thanks it would be very helpfull🙋🏻♂️
I own both and really enjoyed em both. But the mach crush is my favorite by far
Well you know i agree...i just got another in the spinning
@@BeyondTheBoundsOutdoors I need to get me a lews spinning combo for sure
Great video once again, Lou. I have a Crush combo and then another Crush reel on a Falcon heavy action rod to use for my frog rod. My question to you tho. The Crush rod, with its limberness do you think it would make a good shakey head rod? Thank you for your time
For sure it would do well as a shakey head rod it has some backbone just not the same as a hank parker md hvy fast action
The only thing I dont like is the brake knop (maybe I have fat fingers) but it seems hard 2 turn for me
Hey bud what was the name of the rod you reccomend for the crush reel?
Awesome assist!
Beyond The Bounds Can I ask another question about the TP1? I don’t want to further intrude on your crush evaluation, I can go over to the other video and ask there if you wish.
@@sonnygreen9698 no problem man, if your getting a Mach Crush Reel, the rod is well worth the little extra, but the TP1's are great.
Mach I use for lipless crank bait
Is the lews American hero good because I’m getting one next friday
I love Lew’s...have carbonBlue GT and American Hero....I would love to own crush but can’t justify spend over $100 reel/rod combo yet. 😄
Just got the crush, Mach 2 next. Btw I recommend using Fireline braid on the crush.
UltimateNinja1984 I just got one what lb line do you recommend
30lb braid or 14 to 17 mono.
Have you tied the Lews Custom Black. Absolutely the best.. Dicks Sporting Goods carries it. $300
I have mach 2 because price and my first bait caster. But I do want the Crush now or a lews built myself combo
Nice review! I put the Mach 2 to work last year throwing a frog on 65lb. braid. I usually use the Team LEW'S Custom Pro for the heavy lifting, but I also threw a frog on the Mach 2 a lot last season.
Yeah you did! You put it through the ringer!
@@BeyondTheBoundsOutdoors Their new Pro-Ti looks niceeee.
How did it handle? I want to use either one for topwater frogging.
So which reel is better?????

Have both like the Mach 2 over the crush
Just got the new gen crush combo for 175 off tackle warehouse
Picking up my Mach CRUSH Monday! Cant wait. If I remember, I will drop back in after my first trip with it.
Jon Hogg soo how is it
That dude who likes bananas he’s still out fishing
Thats funny
Forgive me. It was fantastic. Ergonomically the most comfortable setup I’ve used and unbelievably smooth!
Will Pfaff, good one...
Can you throw a little bit of everything on the crush heavy or is it not great for crank baits/ spinnerbaits etc?
Yup
Ah, just realized this is the Mach II vs the Crush. Guessing he wasn't expecting Lew's to release a Mach 2 in 2020 that is also Black/Green. Damn Lew's makes some great combos for us.
I don’t own any of those but my dream rod is is the Mach 2
Own Mach 2 love it!!
Ihave the crush and the mach 2 great rods and reels the couch my opinion better brack system
I have the mach 1 mach2 and mach crush love lewes products ihave 2 speed stick two 7 medium heavy and 2 7.3 heavy froggs rod a d 7.1 madion heavy jiggs and top waters
I personally dont own any lews. Are they worth it
Lews seems to be a brand to buy with confidence. I don't own 1 yet due to budget constraints but definitely seems to be a great bang for the buck.
Lews makes good reels. I have 6 lews reels up to 200 bucks, the Laser is 80.00 bucks. The video I made Scrounger jig bass fishing I'm using a Laser reel with 12lb. line. I pull in a 7lb. bass on that reel. Check it out. FLC Dennis
So is the new mach pro (silver/yellow accent) just a reskin mach 2 reel with crush rod?
I have held both of these in my hands. I love Lew's rods and reels, but after buying other Lew's reels with the paddle handles, i am not sure if i will like the big round knob handles. I am also not sure if i would like switching back and forth between the two.
You can change them out by going to lews speed shop
@@BeyondTheBoundsOutdoors - I've looked into that already and they are pretty pricey for 95 mm handles.
@@woosa42 you can buy just the flat grips :)
@@BeyondTheBoundsOutdoors - which ones do you like the best?
@@woosa42 I love the round knobs. I just replaced flat ones on my tournament MBs...to me is really comfortable.
How is that Jason C reel doing ??? Might get one for my Hank P rod ????
Got one to
