Hello Sir...in the article about special category states...the second statement seems to be correct according to the pdf provided on telegram (10states having special provision)...but you told that its 12states that are having special provisions...can you please comfirm

That's an error , there are 12 states having special provision under article (371, 371-A to 371-J)
In PDF Article 371-I is not mentioned, that excludes goa. So ideally it should have been 11 states.
