Having used both Garmin and Amazfit products I found that the difference between the two are not that large and not always on the positive side of Garmin. Running with a Garmin 255 at present (something that was brought for me) and certainly excellent GPS and HR acceptable on wrist apart from when running at your VO2 max area where I have got some strange results but that is same with most wrist HR on watches ; although improvements can be found if you position higher up the arm. Build quality good and no complaints but like most of Garmins, the screen which is certainly readable in every lighting condition is very boring. Doesn't make any difference as it's the accuracy of the information that is important and very good on Garmin. Had a 735XT before and again similar comments to that of the 255 but build quality for me was like that of something out of a lucky bag. On the Amazfit side. I had a GTR4 which found GPS just as good as the 255 and HR not quite so good but not vastly different. For reliable HR we need to use a chest strap or similar and with strap there is no difference between the 255 and GTR 4. Screen far superior on the GTR4 and body quality being probably same. For me I think that because Garmin is an USA product ( although surprisingly there is a small quantity produced in China and other models in Europe etc) it is thought to be superior than Amazfit; which in general is a Chinese product; although the Zepp software is done in States. Seems an American dislike of China and its products. It's all down to the individual and experience with each product of course. I will certainly continue with the 255 until I get bored but will not automatically buy a Garmin next time I need a watch. I have no experience with the two watches here (although it looks like the 265 is just an 255 with an amoled screen. )which is shown very well by the reviewer but they are priced at a similar price and as pointed out have differences but both are worthy to be brought.

    Hello, sorry for the English.
All your videos are fantastic. After seeing the review you did of the Amazfit Cheetah Pro I had made the decision to buy it, but now I have seen the Coros Pace 3 or Garmin Forerunner 255 and I have a doubt. There is something that really attracts me to the Cheetah as opposed to the Pace 3, and that is the Amoled screen, size and resolution, but there are qualities that are very important such as: GPS and heart rate and personal trainer. What do you think would be the best choice? Do you plan to make a comparison between these watches and even some Polar, Garmin or Suunto in the same price range? Thank you.

Always the Garmin if you want any sportwatch accuracy. Hartrate and GPS is way better. And Amazfit gives user an buggy Experience overall in the UI.

Thanks for the video, nice insight.
My question: Is it possible to plan a route in the app, send it to the watch and let it guide you through?
I think with the forerunner it should be no problem.
