Hello dan and Anna. Your meatballs looked delicious. Anna must be a good home chef too. By the way, your table cloth looked familiar to me. I guess it must be from the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. Bye for now.
Hello DanAnna, plastic stool yeah! Water and tea are good choice for your health. Both of you are very active , rain or shine, walking will go on👍those meatballs look so good, happy cooking. Slurpibg sauce reminds of slurpibg pho broth.
Dan always enjoyed eating Anna foods, which is so nice of you always make a nice comment about her foods, it make her more appreciate and love after long cooking the meal. I always enjoyed watching you both have a nice conversation to each other during meal, which is really nice, What is precious moment together!!
As a couple who spends so much time together it’s very important to have a good tone to each other, respect each other and don’t forget to keep the fire burning ♥️♥️
What a really delicious home cooked Swedish meatballs by Masterchef Anna, makan makan for Dan, Anna. The batik table cloth looked so beautiful, from Malaysia with love.
Yes, Dan, Anna, you guys are right, the tomato and minced meat sauce for spaghetti (I often used spaghettini) is called bolognaise, or spelled bolognese. I like to use either minced beef, maybe chicken, or even sardines, all yummy and delicious too. I also like to add slices of canned champignon mushrooms. Put the cooked pasta in a plate, pour good amount of sauce, sprinkle some grated cheese and small diced green capsicum, yummilicious.
Great recipe for bolognaise 😋 We should bought more sarongs, they are really useful 😄 so colourful and easy to wash. Thank you for your amazing comment 🙏🙏

It’s nice to see you have a traditional Swedish meal. I’m sure it’s better than my meatballs bought at IKEA. Hahaha. Now that you have tasted quite a variety of Vietnamese food and have an idea of all the spices we use in cooking you should be risky a little to cook some Vietnamese dishes at home. My suggestion is to make meatballs with a combination of beef and pork. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. That’s the basic of our meat seasoning. The sugar softens the saltiness of the sauces. You can also add a little chicken powder like bouillon cube broken into little pieces. After frying the meatballs, you can make a soup with potatoes and carrots or you can eat the way you do today but make the gravy right in the pan that you cook the meatballs to get all the flavor sticking in the pan.
No matter what, Vietnam Nam Nam , your recipe homemade Meat are great: My favourite meat balls with Spaghetti: ( I love your & your Husband’s team work 👍👍👍) 😊
Thanks for sharing. wondering if the ground meat used in sweden usually horse meat? can you buy horse meat in butcher or supermarket or usually farming? btw I tried to repicate the ikea brown sauce but yet to succeed even after following few recipes claiming as 'ikea's secret recipe'. Perhaps different type of mustard used...tried with both yellow mustard and dijon mustard..was delicious but taste not the same..hehehe
