1:07:50 off on the right. That is a heck of a "whatsit" (what is it). It looks a little like an antenna tower bent over in an accident or stiff breeze. But the "house" at the top is horizontal to the ground. The arms coming out make it look like a tree house effort. But's a little high for the average tree house effort and it's not around any other trees. It's an interesting puzzle. REALLY a puzzle. I can see it on Google Earth. But street view seems to have it neatly edited out. Wow! (It's about .9 km out from Best station to the North West.) Ah, street view is 2010 and the object appeared about 2014 and became that strange tower in about 2019. (Things that look like antennas catch my eye very quickly, normally. I am surprised I have not noticed it sooner.)

@@CabviewHolland It seems to be off that list to the North. I believe it is tucked in the South corner of the Ringweg railroad intersection, as named on that map.
My partner ran across a "Rail Public Transport" video from the front of a tram in Amsterdam that featured a couple similar objects - tall tilted shafts with - well - what looks like junk near the top.
(And I am aware that one person's junk is another's treasure.)

@@Wizardess You won't believe it but now looking at it on a big screen the house just in front of it is of a friend, whose Citroen CX I bought 3 years ago. I'll contact him and see if he knows anything :-)
The structure you are talking about only flashes on screen for a very short time if you click 1:07:50, I was repeatedly clicking and wondering what you meant. It's better to check 5 seconds before, at 1:07:45 if you want to see it.
@@undisclosedundisclosed8608 I have a connection too slow to comfortably use even RUclips's pathetic 1080p30. So I tend to download videos at highest resolution as I have a high resolution screen. (SW design - LOTS of screen is helpful.) So I have a full resolution downloaded version I can use for viewing the rides. It does not flicker noticeably, even though it is still HORRIBLY mangled by excessive compression. Um, I used to commit the sin of software design with a target of broadcast video studios. I very well know what 1080p60 should look like. I have a small collection of short uncompressed clips. Google mangles good videos. Of course, some cameras do, too. It all depends on compression settings.

i like to watch these kinds of videos for peace and quiet, the so called Slow TV. it is relaxing and I get to see videos of a country i may never see in person too. Having ads every few minutes completely ruins the experience for me.

Mcn doet tussenstations, hc doet overstapstations.
Waarom wordt er bij Zaltbommel altijd zo langzaam gereden en waarom worden sommige treinen daar over het wachtspoor geleid??

Wanneer er over dat zijspoortje wordt gereden is dat om roest te rijden: dat houdt de spoorstaven schoon.

Wat een verschil, ik zit vanaf begin Juli weer in Duitsland en het blijft mij verbazen hoe het Nederlandse en Duitse spoor erbij ligt. Totaal verschillend. Sterker nog als een trein hier vertraging oploopt kan hij met gemak met 160km per uur de vertraging inhalen geloof dat ze bij een vertraging van meer dan 30 min zelfs 200 mogen. En dat zie ik in Nederland niet gebeuren. Denk dat de trein dan aan alle kanten rammelt.

Wel appels met peren vergelijken! Het grootste gedeelte van deze rit gaat over drassige gronden die Nederland rijk is neem maar even de ellende met de Kamperlijn in gedachte en de HSL!
Tussen Culemborg en Geldermalsen is nu al langere tijd een snelheidsbeperking door de slechte bodemgesteldheid.
Er zijn wel degelijk trajecten waar harder gereden zou mogen worden dan 140 km/h doch laat de eerste generatie ATB dat niet toe.
Trajecten hebben een maximum snelheid en dat is in Duitsland echt niet anders dus opvoeren naar 200 waar 160 is toegestaan lijkt me niet mogelijk dan.
De Hanzelijn is trouwens ook grotendeels geschikt voor snelheden tot 200 km/h(uitgezonderd de boog bij Kampen-Zuid aldaar 160 km/h en als ik me niet vergis Amsterdam-Arena-Utrecht-Zuilen is ook gemaakt voor hogere snelheden(geen gelijkvloerse kruisingen en zo) en van Hoofddorp naar Den Haag Mariahoeve is ook 160 km/h maar kan dus niet gehaald worden door ATB.
Misschien als ERTMS zou worden ingevoerd zou men harder kunnen doch zijn de afstanden in Nederland niet zo groot dus of het zoveel gaat uitmaken betwijfel ik.
I really love trains here in the Netherlands. The only constructive feedback I could give is that they should remove the graffiti around the tracks. I know certain people like it but to me, it makes the otherwise clean and organized country look bad.

Another great video Love you country as it looks so clean and inviting. Too bad the taggers have infested it and made many areas look like a slum. Stiffer penalties and jail terms might have an effect. Japan 1st offense, 1 year in jail. Too bad RUclips has found a way to ruin a good thing. They make billions off our videos and pay us next to nothing now stick ads in the middle. There were at least 8 ads popped up. :-(

Yes, fines are way too low. I remember New York, signs that said the fine for dog poop was 1500 dollars. Not seen one in two weeks.
@@CabviewHolland Yes, RUclipss new mid video adds are terrible. The video stops stops and a ad pops up, happened at least 6 times. Very annoying. They make billions off our videos and pay us next to nothing now are adding more ads. :-(
@@railpast Yes, we get just enough to make us think it is worth it but compared to to what ns pays me per hour it is not worth while. All your nice comments do :-)
