I'm blown away that you think RTX textures have anything to do with RTX, there still just textures...its just the name he gave them. There is no ray or path tracing involved on the textures themselves. They are designed to complement the updated look of RTX.

Hey do you have your shader options for BSL? I've put the shaders and texturepack on, and I have normalmaps and the other thing on, but it still looks pretty crappy.
a tutorial on how to put this into the resource pack file and working would be very appreciated. Very nice video, and i enjoyed looking at the detail put into these blocks

Hey! You're right, most of the blocks are not textured yet and might never be textured, that's because it's very hard to convert the textures from Bedrock RTX Beta to Java Edition textures. We'll just have to hope the creator converts more textures!
I know, but what matters is that these textures used to be limited to RTX cards, and now some of them are available for all GPUs. The shading technology however is still only available on RTX cards
only thing I don't like is the gold I would prefer an actual gold the yellow matte to it makes it look plastic i'd prefer something more like the iron!

No, Java edition does not and will not support RTX. This is the best you can get on Java edition.

Also if you've ever seen Rudy's texture pack, you wouldn't be that amazed at these.

Using BSL all I did was enable Advanced Materials and then enable everything in the POM menu and set the resolution to the highest possible :)

they are working with the pre release versions of Optifine for 1.15.2 :)
