Nice effect! When I am clicking "Double sided" I am not getting any difference - still black port-view... any idea why is that? other stardust settings are as in the video
Hey when i added the lines texture in the main composition I'm getting the lines in the back side of the plane as well. So what can i do so that background of the plane is only black and no lines appear are appearing ?
I think it's possible, but not in this way, which is in the lesson. You will need a node of motion and animation of the path for the point light, the lines themselves can be created auxiliary node
Since the new lessons are delayed, I decided to create a telegram channel where I share various technical tricks from current projects, mostly about the blender. t.me/taiga2xyz
Not without preparation. To use the texture to draw beautiful lines on a 3D model, it must have the correct UV . This is easier to do already in the 3d editor. I hope I understood your question correctly
If you have UV then everything is simple, just animate the lines, upload your 3d object and apply the material with the lines. You can set an additional bend for the lines. You don't have to use stardust to display the 3d model, you can load the object in element3d, and you will even have more options there. But if the UV is not quite correct, there may be buggies. In general, if you have c4d+x-particles, this is done in a couple of clicks. But you can do just c4d you just need to find a lesson on curl particles on surface and do it via espresso
Amazing tutorial!
THIS is SO COMPLICATED WTF?!?!! WOW LOL
Epic. Thanks!
This is really cool!

There may be a bug. Disable all deformers and see if the textures are displayed on 2 sides
you have to change the camera pos
@@strangefru yes, but what are the settings of camera?
what is the camera setting
Preset 35mm
@@Taiga2 Thank you
i am building this after your tutorial, now the lines are not only on the plate but also in the beackground. what did i miss?
Most likely, the plate on which they are placed, try to rotate it
@@Taiga2 i guess i know what i have missed, i simply turned the eye off in the timeline, now its working 😇
@@a_23656 Thank you for this! Yes turning off the "eye" on the Texture Comp that was added to the main comp. Nice!

Hi, you project the material on 2 sides if you follow the lesson. Turn it off. If I understood your question correctly
this is nice, to great
you use emissive at 4:38 but there is not anything called emissive in my plugin's material part :( is there any alternative
Maybe you should update the plugin, I'm using 1.6 version

is it possible to have these lines over a path that I want to create?

@@Taiga2 totally I get it. I'll unwrap in zbrush off a clone and export the. Correct file.
What result do you want to get?
@@Taiga2 like the streams or particles are running in along the surface of the 3d model.
