      I used to just take fish oil and a multivitamin and that was it. Did some research on vitaime D and omg it's a game changer. Especially considering I work in a hospital and will go days without seeing sunlight.

    Zinc, Magensium , Vitamin d3, creatine monohydrate, fish oils, vitamin k2, and most importantly a good night sleep paired with good nutrition does the job at a much affordable and safer way.

      Can’t stress this enough. Endo wanted me on TRT at 40. I said no. I did this exact stack. Endo drew my T numbers and thought I was juicing. He said I no longer needed to see him and keep doing what I was doing.

    its not always the case. i love saving and you just gotta be on the look out for deals. Of course Isolate protein is where its at. I love ebay because theres just more better deals especially when youre buying more. For example, i just got 4 bags of isopure each for $15 instead of $20 at walmart because i bought 4 instead of 1 bag coming out to $60 instead of $80.

    My faves are L-Citruline + coffee as pre workout, ashwaganda, fish oil, and gaba for sleep. Can’t take ned cuz Cbd is still ncaa banned :(. Then I also like buying ahi tuna steaks or grass fed ground beef once a week to get at least some higher quality protein on my poor boy budget lol.

      Yeah it lasts way longer than the claimed date as long as it's sealed. I bought up like an entire clearance end cap full of stuff once for around 80% off. It all ended up tasting just fine.

    I have been using supplements for several years now, the biggest unknown is what you are putting in your body. If you read the ingredients on some of these mass gainers, or preworkout supplements, half the ingredients sound gibberish.
    If supplements were regulated, and ingredients were tested all across the board, this would drive the price up. People need to be super picky with the supplements they choose to purchase.

      regulation does not automatically mean it's safer, just look at the pharma industry and the amount of fines handed out over the last decades.

      Be wary of who funded the study, especially when money and profits are at stake. I personally never take anything anyone says at face value.

    "This creatine absorbs faster" is for those who think you're supposed to take it as pre-workout. If you're taking a daily maintenance dose like you're supposed to then plain creatine monohydrate is more than fast enough.

    Can y’all do a video about the OHP...for some reason that this the only lift that makes me almost pass out I’m talking full blown tunnel vision...even if I’m doing rep work 8-10 reps

      This used to happen to me with squats, never heard of it happening with OHP. For me it was a circulatory issue, an the only way to get over it was to keep doing squats until my body adapted to them.

      I've read that taking NAC with other amino acids reduces the acute effectiveness of NAC. I don't know that to be true but any thoughts?

    creatine in any forms is actually BAD for tendons and muscle hydration. Its a monohydrate(dehydrates your muscle tissue) and other forms have a dehydrate build. That is the last thing you want in a a hard workout in your muscle tissue. You will literally cause tendons to snap under stress and muscles will break down WAY easier.
